Subject: Mandatory Use of LTO Approved Standard Helmets and Display Motorcycle Plate Numbers

DIRECTIVES (Effective Immediately)
1. Wear ONLY LTO-approved standard helmets at all times while operating a motorcycle. Mushell helmets are strictly prohibited.

2. Ensure motorcycles have valid, properly installed Plate Numbers in accordance with existing LTO rules and regulations.
