Words have power.
They can heal, or they can harm.

If you really want to help someone — listen.
No fixing. No preaching. Just listen.

Kindness still matters — online or offline. 🌿

Hello, our dear sunshines!? This month of May, how is everyone doing?
I have here a quite an essay from my fave writer MHN. I hope you're doing well.

May you continue to discover where in your life you can say: "I am not in a rush and I am growing at my own pace." May you continue to seek out space that reminds you that external markers of growth, such as achievements, timelines, or comparisons, are only one kind of perspective. In contrast, there are slower, more gentle paces that enrich life as well.

The “Just-Be” Pace - This pace is about focusing on getting through the immediate moment.
You may find yourself here if lately you've been thinking, "I just need to get through today," or "One step at a time is all I can manage right now."

The Recovery Pace - A gradual, unhurried pace that moves toward feeling a little more steady after something difficult.
You may find yourself here if lately you've been thinking, "I feel like I’m starting over," or "It’s not much, but at least it’s a start."

The Exploratory Pace - This pace allows for curiosity and trying things out without needing a clear goal.
You may find yourself here if lately you've been thinking, "I wonder what would happen if I tried this," or "Maybe I don’t need a plan yet—just a starting point."

The Waiting Pace - A pace that holds steady when outcomes or next steps are uncertain.
You may find yourself here if lately you've been thinking, "I’m not sure what’s next," or "For now, I’m just staying put until things make more sense."

The Small-Step Pace - A pace that focuses on what can be managed in the moment.
You may find yourself here if lately you've been thinking, "I’ll do what I can today," or "It’s not much, but it’s something."

The Reflective Pace - This pace slows down to make room for thoughtful observation or consideration.
You may find yourself here if lately you've been thinking, "I need time to figure this out," or "I want to understand what this really means to me."

The Sprint Pace - A faster, energized pace that may arise during short bursts of motivation or opportunity.
You may find yourself here if lately you've been thinking, "I have the energy now, so I’m going for it," or "Let’s see how much I can get done before I slow down again."

The Resting Pace - A pace that prioritizes pausing entirely to recover strength, focus, or energy.
You may find yourself here if lately you've been thinking, "I just need a break," or "Right now, resting is the most important thing I can do."

Allow yourself to consider at least one of these “paces” right now. They may seem subtle, but at the same time, they can be significant in the way they remind you that movement doesn’t have to be fast or relentless to matter. Pace yourself here and allow yourself to create space for what feels manageable and meaningful in its own time.

Every day, the sun rises anew, casting light on a world that is constantly changing constantly evolving. And in this ever-changing world, you, too, are evolving, growing, learning. Each day brings with it new experiences, new lessons, and new opportunities to learn and grow, even in the smallest ways.

Even if you can’t remember every detail about your life from last April, you have still grown and changed since then. Even if the growth doesn’t feel linear and even when you can’t see any physical, tangible progress, this remains true: you know more today than you knew back then. Amidst the uncertainty, when sorting through the myriad of feelings and thoughts feels daunting, remember that clarity isn't always immediate. It's perfectly okay not to know how everything will fit together. However, this ambiguity does not diminish the potential for significance in your life right here, in the present. For oftentimes, meaningful life can be found in the photographs we capture, the conversations we share, the memories we savor, and whatever understated moment that reminds us that it’s always worth it to pause a little more and go a little deeper and taste the richness of life, right here. And perhaps, with all that considered, you are not out of time to live a meaningful life. Perhaps, after everything, the sun still rose today, and that means sometimes. Savor the moments in the warmth of the light as much as you can.

So take a deep breath. Take in the beauty of this moment, the beauty of now. Remember that you are here, in this moment, and in this moment, there is room to exhale and accept the invitation to come alive right here.

You are still learning, still growing, still evolving. And that is a beautiful thing. So embrace the new. Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow. Embrace all of the flickers of life you encounter on the journey.

Hello Sunshines! I wanted to share these words from the point of view of one of my favorite storyteller Miss Morgan Harper Nelson.

I wanted to remind each one of us that whatever we are experiencing right now or in the past, it will lead us to the place where we envisioned ourselves to be. And the only we must do is to never give up on ourselves and keep hustling with life. It may feel restless at times but there are days that we feel rewarded. After all life isn't a one phase coin. It will always be either of the two.

As we are nearing the end of this year sunshines, I sincerely hope that while all of us graciously seek improvements and...

As we are nearing the end of this year sunshines, I sincerely hope that while all of us graciously seek improvements and progress in different aspects of our lives. May we equally remind ourselves to be much kinder to our own selves and respectfully accepts our own shortcomings.

Living you sunshines a word from MHN.

As we celebrate today’s world health mental day. I hope you get to check yourself first as you do to others.

How are you doing these days?

You are allowed to be proud of yourself for the small ways in which you are finding joy, right here, no matter how small. Because "finding joy" in small things does not mean ignoring or avoiding the big things. Instead, it's a way of paying attention to what might be beautiful and nurturing, even while you are waiting for things to fall into place.
