FORMAL LETTER OF WITHDRAWAL OF SUPPORT
BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE ALPHA ZETA ALUMNI
Date: August 14, 2026
To: The Officers Bacolod City Supreme Council
Subject: Formal Withdrawal of Support and Request for Review of Council Leadership
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Greetings of peace, unity, and brotherhood.
We, the Alpha Zeta Chapter, through the collective authority and decision of our Alumni body, hereby formally communicate our withdrawal of support from the Bacolod City Supreme Council, effective immediately.
This decision was reached after thorough consideration and discussion among the Alpha Zeta Alumni regarding matters concerning the proper administration, leadership, accountability, respect for fraternity principles, and the overall direction of the Council.
Our withdrawal of support is not intended to create division or conflict within the fraternity. Rather, it is a principled position intended to uphold the values of brotherhood, respect, accountability, transparency, proper order, and responsible leadership.
As alumni of the fraternity, we believe that leadership must always be exercised with fairness, consultation, accountability, and respect for the established principles and traditions of the fraternity. Our support cannot continue where we believe that these principles are not being sufficiently upheld.
Accordingly, we respectfully request that this withdrawal of support be formally acknowledged by the Bacolod City Supreme Council and that our position be properly recorded for organizational reference.
REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION FOLLOWING LEADERSHIP CHANGES
We further clarify that this withdrawal of support may be reviewed and reconsidered should there be a legitimate re-election, restructuring, or change in the leadership of the Bacolod City Supreme Council.
In the event that a new leadership is duly elected or appointed in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures of the organization, the Alpha Zeta Chapter shall have the authority to reassess this decision and determine whether support may be restored.
Therefore, this letter shall not be interpreted as an unconditional or permanent rejection of the Council. Rather, it represents the current position of the Alpha Zeta Chapter based upon the circumstances and leadership existing at the time of this decision.
We encourage all concerned brothers to remain respectful and united despite differences in opinion. The ultimate objective should remain the preservation of fraternity brotherhood, good governance, dignity, and the continued advancement of the organization.
We hope that this decision will be received with maturity and understanding. We remain committed to the principles of brotherhood and to the welfare and integrity of the fraternity.
Respectfully and fraternally,
ALPHA ZETA CHAPTER
