Emiliano Lizares National Highschool - Outfit 896 Blazing Phoenix, successfully conducted its election of staffs for the School Year 2026–2027.

This election marks an important step in selecting leaders who will serve the outfit with dedication, responsibility, and commitment to the ideals of scouting. Through a fair and democratic process, scouts were given the opportunity to participate in choosing the next set of leaders who will help guide the outfit throughout the school year. Together, we continue to build leadership, teamwork, and service among our scouts. For those who became officers before, we greatly thank you all as our past officers in school year 2025-2026. Now let us pass on a better future and generation!

A guiding light in every trail we took,
a steady voice when we felt unsure.

The one who shaped us quietly,
yet changed us in the biggest ways.

Happiest Birthday, Tatay!

In celebration of Women’s Month, we’re launching our ᴡᴏᴍᴇɴ ᴇᴍᴘᴏᴡᴇʀᴍᴇɴᴛ ᴡᴀʟʟ — a space where voices are heard, stories are shared, and strength is celebrated.

Let’s look back with pride, stand together in equality, and move forward with courage.
