Residents of the aforementioned barangay who are of voting age may submit an application for registration, transfer, reactivation, and correction of entry on the said date.

DISCLAIMER: Additional supporting documents might be required by COMELEC personnel upon screening or during query depending on the type of application being applied for or the requirements being presented.

The public is advised of the following prohibited attire during registration including satellite registrations:
sando, spaghetti straps, tube tops and the like.
Please be guided accordingly.

During this period, voter registration at the COMELEC BAYS Center will be temporarily suspended to give way to the off-site registration activities.

Applicants are advised to proceed early to avoid long queues. Please ensure to bring all required documents and valid IDs (addressed to Barangay where the applicant is residing) and photocopies of each, for faster processing.

On Thursday and Friday, January 15 & 16, 2026, at Barangay Mansilingan Gymnasium, the Office of the Election Officer, Bacolod City will host an exclusive satellite registration. Registration begins at 8:00 am.

📍 Venue: Barangay Mansilingan Gymnasium
