𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | District 301-B1 LEO Club Turnover & Awarding Ceremony

Last July 18, 2026, the 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝟯𝟬𝟭-𝗕𝟭 𝗟𝗘𝗢 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 officially held its Turnover and Awarding Ceremony, where 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗘𝗢 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗽𝗵 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗱𝗼 formally turned over the leadership to 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗘𝗢 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮, together with the newly elected District LEO Officers for 𝗟𝗘𝗢 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.

𝐋𝐄𝐎 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 | Bacolod City Host Lions Club First General Membership Meeting

The Bacolod City Host Lions and Leo Club successfully held its First General Membership Meeting for Lion Year 2026–2027, led by Lions Club President 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿, together with Secretary 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘇 and Treasurer 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝘀. Representing the Leo Club were President 𝗥𝗝 𝗥𝘂𝗶𝘇 and Secretary, Past President 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗽𝗵 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀.

The meeting officially introduced the club's new set of officers and warmly welcomed our newest members as they began their meaningful journey in Lionism. It was an evening of fellowship, inspiration, and renewed commitment to service.

A memorable highlight of the gathering was the presentation of the Chevron Award by Immediate Past President 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼 to Past President 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗶, honoring his years of unwavering dedication and exemplary service. The recognition was made even more special with the presence of PCC 𝗘𝗺 𝗔𝗻𝗴 and Past District Governors 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗮 and 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗷𝗼.

As we begin another inspiring year, we proudly embrace the International President's theme, "𝙍𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚." Together, we remain committed to leading with compassion, strengthening our fellowship, growing our membership, and creating a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | District Kick-Off Service Project

The 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 proudly joined the 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝟯𝟬𝟭-𝗕𝟭 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 held at the Brgy. Estefania Multi-Purpose Gym, standing alongside fellow Lions and Leos in a shared commitment to serving communities.

This meaningful Service Beyond Borders initiative, organized by Lions International District 301-B1 in partnership with the Council of Lions Clubs Presidents of Negros Occidental, was made even more special with the presence of the Lions of Massachusetts MD 33, led by District Governor Mark Erwich.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Lions of Massachusetts MD 33 for visiting both the Panay and Negros areas of our district and for demonstrating that service knows no borders. Your generosity, compassion, and dedication continue to inspire us to strengthen our commitment to humanitarian service.

Together, Lions and Leos continue to build stronger communities, foster international friendship, and create a lasting impact through service.

𝐋𝐄𝐎 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 | Tree Planting Activity Prk. GK ERH Village, Barangay Sum-ag

On July 8, 2026, the spirit of volunteerism and environmental stewardship came alive as VMA Global College and Training Centers, Inc. – Community Extension and Development Office (KAPAWA), K-Line Maritime Academy, and the VMA Leo Club joined hands for a meaningful Tree Planting Activity at Prk. GK ERH Village, Barangay Sum-ag, Bacolod City.

Together with the GK Village Community, we successfully planted 100 trees, taking another step toward building a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future. 🌿

Every tree planted is a symbol of hope, resilience, and our shared commitment to protecting the environment for generations to come. Through collaboration and service, we continue to make a lasting impact—one tree at a time.

On July 18, 2026, at 7:00 AM, the Bacolod City Host Leo Club, in partnership with the VMA Alumni Association and VMAGC CED KAPAWA, successfully conducted a Tree Planting Activity at Barangay Punta Taytay.

Together with our dedicated volunteers and community partners, we distributed and planted 200 tree seedlings, contributing to a greener, healthier, and more sustainable environment for the community.

Every tree planted today is a promise of a better tomorrow.

A new academic year marks another opportunity to inspire, lead, and serve. 🤝

The VMA LEO Club proudly participated in Club Quest 2026, joining fellow LEOs in a day of learning, collaboration, and leadership development. Through engaging activities and meaningful connections, our members strengthened their commitment to service and excellence.

Our participation extended beyond the Club Quest as our dedicated volunteers also assisted during the Campus Tour and took part in the Campus Club Officers' Induction, setting the tone for a year of leadership, collaboration, and meaningful engagement.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who visited our booth, interacted with our volunteers, and showed interest in becoming part of our growing family. Your enthusiasm motivates us to continue creating opportunities that empower individuals and make a lasting impact on our community.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲

Bacolod City Host LEO Club joined the Community Extension and Development Office – KAPAWA of VMA Global College and Training Centers, Inc. during the Relief Distribution Operation at the BAYS Center, Bacolod City, extending care and support to street dwellers through the collective generosity of the VMA Community and its partners.

The success of this community initiative was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the KAPAWA Volunteer Group, VMA LEO Club, Bacolod City Host LEO Club, VMA Marching Band, and the Events Management Club, whose members selflessly rendered manpower and assistance throughout the activity.

This initiative was also undertaken in close coordination with the Bacolod City Department of Social Services and Development (DSSD), headed by Dr. Richelle V. Mangga, RSW, whose partnership continues to strengthen community-based programs that uplift the lives of vulnerable sectors.

More than the relief items, each donation carried a powerful message: that no one is forgotten, and that every act of generosity has the power to restore hope and dignity.
