Today, we join the people of Bacolod in celebrating its 88th Charter Day, a milestone that honors the city's journey from a growing community to one of the leading centers of culture, education, and progress in Negros Occidental. 🧡✨

On June 18, 1938, Bacolod officially became a city through Commonwealth Act No. 326. Since then, generations of Bacolodnons have helped shape its story through hard work, resilience, and a strong sense of community.

As we celebrate this special day, let us take pride in the rich history behind every street, school, and landmark that reflects the spirit of our city. May this occasion inspire us to continue building a brighter future while honoring the legacy of those who came before us.
