Renewable Rangers Team Hosts Successful Climate Energy Hack 2024
Negros, Philippines
The Renewable Rangers Team proudly announces the successful conclusion of the Climate Energy Hack 2024 held last July 2-4 at the Hulot sang Pamatan-on, Bacolod City.
This pioneering hackathon focused on climate justice and energy solutions, emphasizing the unique challenges and opportunities in Negros, the Philippines, Malaysia, and the broader SEA region.
Throughout the event, participants delved into the pressing issues of climate change and energy management, gaining valuable insights and knowledge. The teams worked tirelessly to develop innovative project concepts that address these critical challenges.
The hackathon culminated in an exciting pitch session, where the top three teams were awarded seed grants to kickstart their groundbreaking projects. In addition to the seed grants, all participating teams will benefit from ongoing mentorship and support as they implement their projects, ensuring that their ideas can make a real impact on the ground.
