Its mission is to educate and empower the children and youth in the spirit of Red Cross through constructive trainings and effective leadership, and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities. From 𝘑𝘶𝘭𝘺 1–3, 2026, 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏 - 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒍𝒖𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒂𝒉 𝑴𝒆𝒔𝒂 participated in the 𝑨𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕 2026 at the 𝘚𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘊𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘋𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘷𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘳 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘰, alongside fellow student leaders from various councils and organizations of Colegio San Agustin - Bacolod. This meaningful gathering was also attended by representatives from the 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐒𝐒𝐂) and 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of the 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 - 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, united by the Augustinian values of unitas (unity), caritas (charity), veritas (truth), delegates embarked on a three-day journey of faith, service, and leadership. ❤️🚨

Each day began with the Holy Mass and leadership formation sessions led by Rev. Fr. Wilson Capellan, O.S.A., followed by activities spearheaded by Ms. Yanglee Magallanes and a team-building activity facilitated by Mr. Stephen John Santos, emphasizing communication, collaboration, trust, and unity among Augustinian leaders.

Delegates also participated in leadership talks by Ms. Theresa Tingson, MBA, Mr. Karl Laurenz Diamante, MAEd, Ms. Elaine Alabarta, and Ms. Kristine Madrid, gaining valuable insights into servant leadership, communication, decision-making, project management, and time management. The day concluded with a Socialization Night organized by the Student Government (SG), fostering friendship and Augustinian brotherhood.

As the summit concluded, delegates returned inspired to lead with faith, humility, and purpose. These student leaders are now ready to serve their communities and become instruments of positive change. 🙌❤️‍🔥

𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚: 𝑪𝑺𝑨𝑩 𝑺𝑷𝑹𝑪𝒀 𝑶𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑱𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 🚑✨

Every volunteer journey starts with a simple desire—𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣, 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚.

The 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒍𝒖𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍 (𝑪𝑺𝑨𝑩 𝑺𝑷𝑹𝑪𝒀) successfully conducted its orientation for aspiring Junior High School members, introducing them to the values, mission, and purpose of the Red Cross Youth.

Participants were given the opportunity to learn about the 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝑴𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, its humanitarian mission, and the 𝟕 𝑭𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒔 that continue to guide volunteers in serving with compassion, integrity, and dedication. 🕊️❤️

To equip future volunteers with 𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆-𝒔𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆, a brief discussion on 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝑨𝒊𝒅 𝑲𝒊𝒕 𝑬𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒔 and basic first aid interventions was conducted. ⛑️ Through this activity, participants gained practical knowledge on how to respond effectively during emergencies and the importance of being prepared when every second counts.

Beyond learning, the orientation also featured engaging games and interactive activities that strengthened 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑, 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌, 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕 among participants. These activities served as a reminder that 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚. 🤝

More than an introduction to an organization, this orientation marked the beginning of a meaningful journey of volunteerism and humanitarian service. As these young individuals take their first steps as members of the Red Cross Youth, may they continue to embody the values of compassion, courage, and service above self.

On 𝘑𝘶𝘯𝘦 28, 2026, the 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒍𝒖𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍 proudly participated in the 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑵𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒔 𝑶𝒄𝒄𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 2026 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆 25 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑯𝑰𝑽/𝑨𝑰𝑫𝑺 held at the 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘢𝘭𝘭, 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘭 𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘕𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘴 𝘖𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭. The assembly served as a meaningful avenue for learning, collaboration, and strengthening the commitment of every Red Cross Youth volunteer toward humanitarian service, health advocacy, and youth leadership. ❤️🤝

To further foster engagement and unity among the participants, various interactive activities were conducted throughout the program. Among these, 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒕. 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝑨𝒔𝒉𝒍𝒆𝒚 𝒁𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒂 emerged as one of the 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘉𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘰 𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺, demonstrating active participation and enthusiasm throughout the event. 🎉👏

Furthermore, 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒂𝒉 𝑴𝒆𝒔𝒂 proudly 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 as she presented the Colegio San Agustin Bacolod Senior Plus Red Cross Youth Council, highlighting our organization's mission, vision, and unwavering commitment to humanitarian service. 🎤❤️

The assembly was further enriched through insightful discussions, beginning with 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘬 #1: 𝑷𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆 25 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝒀𝒛𝒊 𝑫. 𝑶𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒐, 𝑹𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒎, which emphasized the importance of voluntary non-remunerated blood donation and the vital role of the youth in saving lives. 🩸💖

This was followed by 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘬 #2: 𝑯𝑰𝑽 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝑰𝑫𝑺 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝑺𝒆𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒏 𝑺𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝑮. 𝑮𝒐 𝑹𝑵, who passionately demystified HIV and AIDS, addressed common misconceptions, and promoted awareness, understanding, and compassion among the youth. 🎗️🧠

Adding pride to our delegation, a special recognition is extended to our 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒇𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑳𝒂𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒐𝒓, for having the honor and privilege of serving as one of the hosts of the Red Cross Youth Negros Occidental General Assembly and Dissemination on Pledge 25 and HIV/AIDS. His confidence, professionalism, and outstanding hosting skills truly brought pride and honor to the Colegio San Agustin Bacolod Senior Plus Red Cross Youth family.

The 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘰 𝘚𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯 - 𝘉𝘢𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘥 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘭𝘶𝘴 𝘙𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩 held a 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈, presided by the 𝘊𝘚𝘈𝘉 𝘚𝘗𝘙𝘊𝘠 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘙𝘪𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘢𝘩 𝘔𝘦𝘴𝘢, this 𝘑𝘶𝘯𝘦 26, 2026, that brought members together to discuss the council's plans, programs, and activities for the school year. Key agendas focused on strengthening member participation, improving the organization, and fostering a more active and service-driven community.

A highlight of the meeting was the announcement of the 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒔, who will lead their respective committees in carrying out the council's initiatives throughout the year.

𝓖𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼 𝓲𝓷 𝓒𝓸𝓷𝓷𝓮𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷, 𝓢𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓲𝓷 𝓔𝓿𝓮𝓻𝔂 𝓖𝓻𝓮𝓮𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰 ✨🤝

Earlier today, June 16, 2026, the Colegio San Agustin - Bacolod Senior Plus Red Cross Youth (CSAB SPRCY) successfully held our Club Hopping activity, where we set up our room and warmly welcomed everyone who came to visit, learn, and express their interest in joining our growing family.

This event was simple yet truly meaningful — we stayed ready and open, waiting for new faces to approach us, and every single visit became a chance to share the heart of what CSAB SPRCY is all about: humanity, readiness, leadership, and service to others. We were overjoyed to meet so many enthusiastic individuals who showed interest in being part of our journey, and every question asked and every smile shared made the whole effort worth it. The success of this day is a clear sign that the spirit of volunteerism is alive, and many young hearts are ready to answer the call to serve.

We would like to extend our deepest appreciation and heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated — to all the students who took the time to visit our booth, listen to our stories, and consider joining our ranks; your interest and support mean the world to us, and you are the reason why this day turned out so well.
A special and huge round of gratitude also goes to our dedicated officers, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to prepare everything from the booth setup, materials, displays, and arrangements. Your hard work, creativity, and commitment ensured that we were ready to welcome everyone in the best way possible. Every detail you handled and every effort you put in made our station inviting, organized, and truly representative of the spirit of CSAB SPRCY.

As we wrap up this successful day, we carry with us the joy of meeting new friends and the pride of a job well done. This activity is not just about recruiting members — it is about building a community of young people who care, who are ready to help, and who want to make a difference. To those who visited us today, welcome to the beginning of something meaningful; to our officers, thank you for leading by example and serving with heart.

Today, June 12, 2026, we celebrate the 𝟏𝟐𝟖𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒚 of the Philippines signifying the very beginning of the archipelago’s individuality and sovereignty as a dignified country. As the country progresses as a whole, we must continue to honor its history and preserve the independence it has bestowed not only on the current Filipino people but also on future generations.
