• Must be a healthy 18 years old and above (18 years old and below must secure written consent from the parents)
• Must weigh at least 50 kg
• Must have slept for at least 6 hours
• Must have not smoked, drank tea, coffee, or soda, or any alcohol intake a day before donation
• Tattoos and piercings must be more than one year old
• Have a balanced meal (skip the fatty foods) and drink lots of water
