This webinar is designed to enhance the competencies of Medical Technologists in HIV diagnostics, patient-centered clinical management, and emerging hematologic applications in HIV care.

The program will cover Patient Care Management for HIV Screening, People Living with HIV (PLHIV), and Other Infectious Diseases, emphasizing evidence based approaches to patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration. It will also feature Precision Against Pathogens: Modern Approaches to HIV and Infectious Disease Diagnostics, highlighting current advances in HIV confirmatory testing, HIV recency testing, and other infectious disease diagnostics to strengthen laboratory accuracy and clinical decision-making. In addition, Beyond CD4: Emerging Hematologic Biomarkers in HIV Management will explore the expanding role of hematologic biomarkers in monitoring disease progression and supporting comprehensive HIV care. Overall, this program aims to strengthen participants' technical competence, promote quality-assured laboratory practices, and reinforce the vital role of Medical Technologists in delivering accurate diagnostic services and improving patient outcomes.
