Let's extend a helping hand to the families in Barangay 27 who have lost their homes to the recent fire. Your donation, no matter how small, can make a big difference in helping them rebuild their lives. Together, we can bring hope and support to our community.

For donations, please coordinate to the people tagged or directly drop it at the flagpole area fronting the main building inside our school campus, 7am until 3pm on Monday

The Girl Scouts of the Philippines — NOHS Chapter joined the NOHS - BSP Outfit #162 Thunderbugs for a fun outdoor life activity on July 12, 2025.

Both NOHS BSP and GSP participants had fun during the activities; they gained new friends, learned new skills, and worked together as a team.

The activities helped them realize that working together is generally better than working alone, though the effectiveness of teamwork depends on the situation.

In addition to teamwork, our leadership skills also expanded as we played "Scavenger's Hunt." We grouped ourselves to solve the hunt and complete the given tasks. Although we did not complete the activity on time, the most important takeaway was that everything must be accurate, and we should not feel pressured by the time limit.

🌟 What an incredible experience! 🌟

The Girl Scouts of the Philippines - NOHS Chapter recently wrapped up an unforgettable 2 nights and 3 days of camping adventure! Our journey kicked off with a beautiful investiture ceremony, where we welcomed new members into our community.

We were thrilled to collaborate with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Thunderbugs, making this an even more special event. Through team-building activities, nature exploration, and campfire bonding, we truly embraced the spirit of Scouting.

This camping trip wasn’t just about fun; it was a valuable opportunity for growth, learning, and creating lasting friendships. We’re grateful for the memories made and can’t wait for our next adventure together! 🌲🔥❤️

Every November 5, residents of Negros Occidental celebrate the Negros Day to commemorate the Negrenses’ uprising against the Spanish colonizers on November 5, 1898. Let's remember our history and honor the spirit of Negros Island.

Girl Scouts of the Philippines - NOHS Chapter learned about the life of Josefa Llanes Escoda and legacy, our founder. Escoda's contributions to women's rights, her bravery during World War II, and her dedication to empowering young girls continue to inspire the GSP and its members. Escoda Day serves as a reminder of her vision and a celebration of the values she embodied to all Girl Scouts in the Philippines.

Day 5: Community Day🌟

Today, we came together not only to celebrate unity and kindness, but also to make a real difference in our local community. Our Girl Scouts worked hand-in-hand to spread love and positivity through various activities, and one of the highlights of the day was giving food to the children at the plaza. 🍽️👧👦

Seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter reminded us of the power of small actions in creating a big impact. Together, we are fostering a spirit of compassion, service, and sisterhood—helping build a stronger, more caring community. 💖
This day reaffirmed our commitment to being active citizens and change-makers, always ready to lend a hand where it's needed. Let’s keep the spirit of giving alive, every day! 🌻✨
