Guided by our empowering mantra, "BY THE COMMUNITY, FOR THE COMMUNITY," ARC Bacolod embodies a steadfast commitment to the core values of compassion, empowerment, and community. These principles guide our transformative services across ARC Academy, ARC Growth Avenue, ARC Clinic, and ARC Help Drive, all of which are provided freely, affirming our belief that support should be readily accessible to all. At ARC Bacolod, compassion is not just a sentiment but a driving force behind every service we offer. Our understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families in adversity fuels a comprehensive range of compassionate initiatives. The ARC Academy, with its student center and tutorials, reflects our compassionate investment in the educational journey of our community members. In the ARC Clinic, where we provide free medical check-ups, dental missions, health assessments, and therapeutic massages, compassion takes the tangible form of accessible healthcare. Furthermore, our commitment to empowerment is evident in the provision of free medications, reinforcing the belief that health and well-being are fundamental rights, not privileges. Our ARC Growth Avenue, with its support group meetings and personal growth initiatives, fosters a sense of belonging and self-efficacy. True empowerment, in our view, comes not just from meeting immediate needs but from nurturing the skills and mindset essential for sustained personal growth and success. Community, as a core value, underscores every aspect of ARC Bacolod's mission. We recognize that the collective strength of a community is a powerful force for positive change. By offering free disaster relief, food drives, and assistance for women and children, we contribute to building a resilient and interconnected community that supports one another in times of need. In embracing these values of compassion, empowerment, and community, ARC Bacolod strives to create a community-driven model that exemplifies the true spirit of collaboration and support. As we extend compassion, empower individuals to reclaim their agency, and foster a sense of community, we pave the way for a brighter, more inclusive futureโwhile ensuring that financial barriers never impede those seeking assistance.
