The Bacolod City College Central Student Government held the afternoon activities of the Leadership Training Seminar 2026, themed โServant Leadership: Heart of Every Leader,โ on June 25 at the BCC Activity Center.
Mr. Elmeer Meeynard D. Calimpus served as the resource speaker, delivering a discussion focused on the importance of teamwork and collaboration in effective leadership. His talk highlighted how unity and shared effort enable student leaders to serve the community better.
Following the lecture, the program proceeded with interactive activities. It opened with โFind Your Team โ With a Twist,โ where participants had to locate their groups without speaking, using only body language and gestures to communicate. This was followed by the โAmazing Race,โ a team challenge consisting of five stations that tested cooperation, agility, and problemโsolving skills. To cap the session off, each team presented their original songs and organizational yells, displaying their collective spirit and creativity.
Through these activities and discussions, participants gained deeper insights on working together, strengthening their commitment to lead as one cohesive body.
