Today, we celebrate the 128th Philippine Independence Day and honor the bravery of the heroes who fought for the freedom we enjoy today. Their sacrifices remind us that our nation was built through courage, unity, and an unwavering love for the Philippines.

As we commemorate this important day, we also hope for a better future for our country. May the Philippines be free from corruption, selfish interests, and leaders who put power above the people. May honesty, accountability, and genuine service guide those entrusted with leading our nation.

Independence is not only about remembering our historyโ€”it is also about continuing the work of building a stronger and more just society. As Filipinos, especially as members of the youth, may we do our part in creating positive change and keeping the spirit of patriotism alive.
