Leadership Training Seminar 2026 | Day 2
ACCESS proudly concludes Day 2 of the Leadership Training Seminar 2026, a day filled with valuable insights, collaboration, and leadership development.
The day began with a session led by Ms. Angelica T. Apawan, LPT, MAEd, Student Development Officer, together with Mr. Adnan N. Balisi, DrPH(c), PTRP, RGC, Director of the Office of Student Affairs and Services, who emphasized the institution's policies, guidelines, and the responsibilities of every student leader in upholding the values and regulations of the college.
This was followed by an inspiring discussion from Ms. Kimberly Galas, Acting President of Central Student Government, and Mr. Kent John Labrador, Interrelations and Partnership Secretary for A.Y. 2025–2026, who shared the importance of effective event planning and management as the foundation of successful organizational activities.
The student leaders also gained valuable perspectives from Ms. Nikki G. Garcelan, MA, RGC, Chief College Counselor, through her session, "Leading Student Organizations: An HR Perspective," highlighting empathy, self-awareness, and people-centered leadership.
The learning sessions concluded with an engaging workshop facilitated by Mr. Elmeer Meeynard D. Calimpos, MSc, RSW, where interactive activities emphasized the value of teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing each member's role in building a stronger organization and community.
The seminar officially ended with an exciting Amazing Race, where student leaders demonstrated unity, sportsmanship, and teamwork through collaborative challenges.
As the Leadership Training Seminar 2026 comes to a close, ACCESS remains inspired to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and create a positive impact within our organization and the student community.
