Ang pagbabago, nagsisimula sa kabataan. Pinatunayan ng Brgy. Tinaogan Youth sa Basey, Samar na kaya nilang mamuno at makatulong para sa susunod na henerasyon.

“Unity & Collaboration is the key to success. Nakapag community service kami dito sa aming komunidad, katulad ng feeding program, clean-up drive sa coastal area and dito aming paaralan. Sa mga kapwa ko Youth, ‘wag tayong matakot sumubok. Tayo ay may karapatan mamuno sa ating lipunan-sa ating komunidad- makatulong tayo sa susunod na henerasyon.”
