In view of the Orange Rainfall Warning issued by PAGASA for La Union and the continuing threat of heavy rainfall, face-to-face classes in all levels across DMMMSU campuses are suspended and shall shift to ๐š๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ง๐œ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ง ๐“๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐๐š๐ฒ, ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ’, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.

This arrangement is consistent with the provisions of the DMMMSU Learning Continuity Plan approved by the Board of Regents. This is also aligned with DepEd Order No. 022, s. 2024, or the Revised Guidelines on Class and Work Suspension in Schools During Disasters and Emergencies, and DepEd Order No. 014, s. 2026, or the Guidelines on Learning Continuity in Emergencies for the Basic Education Level.

Faculty members on VSL are required to report onsite. Full-time faculty members may avail themselves of a work-from-home arrangement, subject to existing University policies, approval procedures, and work accountability requirements.

The University prioritizes the safety and well-being of its students, faculty members, and personnel while ensuring the continuity of learning. Students are advised to remain in safe locations, accomplish assigned learning activities as conditions permit, and coordinate with their respective faculty members.

Everyone is encouraged to remain vigilant and monitor official advisories from PAGASA, the local government units, and DMMMSU FB Pages.

Due to the surge of the fuel prices, the University restores the work-from-home arrangement under the existing University Energy Conservation Protocol effective today, July 20, 2026.

Classes shall be conducted through asynchronous modalities every Friday, while DMMMSU personnel shall observe the prescribed work-from-home arrangement.
