The Womenโ€™s Month Celebration and Year-end Gathering was a meaningful occasion that honored the strength, resilience, and achievements of women while also celebrating the journey and milestones accomplished throughout the year. It served as a moment to recognize the valuable contributions of women in our communityโ€”women who continue to inspire, lead, and make a difference in countless ways. Through shared stories, laughter, and heartfelt appreciation, the celebration highlighted the importance of empowering one another and uplifting every womanโ€™s voice.

This special gathering also became a time to express our heartfelt appreciation to Tita Van, whose guidance, support, and dedication have been a constant source of inspiration to everyone. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care for the community have made a lasting impact on many lives. Through her leadership and encouragement, she has helped create a space where everyone feels valued, supported, and motivated to grow. Girl Scouts came together with a shared commitment to serve the community and protect the environment. Through teamwork and dedication, the scouts worked along the shoreline to collect and properly dispose of waste, helping restore the beauty of the coastal area.

More than just a clean-up activity, this initiative served as a reminder of the important role each Girl Scout plays in protecting nature. It also raised awareness about how pollution affects marine life and coastal communities. As we celebrate International Womenโ€™s Day, we honor the strength, resilience, and courage of women around the world who continue to inspire change and progress. ๐Ÿ’œ This day reminds us of the countless contributions women make in our families, communities, and society. From leading movements for equality to nurturing the next generation, women play a vital role in shaping a brighter and more inclusive future.

The closing program marked the conclusion of an unforgettable journey at the Josefa Llanes Escoda Memorial Camp. With grateful hearts, we looked back on the lessons learned, the friendships formed, and the countless memories that made this experience truly special.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Tita Van, who guided and supported us through day one, to the entire camp staff and guest staff for their dedication and care, and to all the girls who participated, making the camp lively, fun, and meaningful.

Though the camp has come to an end, the spirit of Girl Scouting continues to live within us. True to our theme, โ€œOnce a Girl Scout, Always a Girl Scout,โ€ we carry these values of service, courage, and unity with us wherever we go, ready to inspire and make a difference in our schools, communities, and beyond. ๐Ÿ’šโœจ
