On March 21, 2026

The Argao Youth for Heritage and Society proudly participated in the Argao Youth Summit Consultation and Election for the new set of officers of the Argao Youth Development Council (AYDC), held at the Argao Nature Park Convention Center.

The event was filled with meaningful insights and empowering experiences, inspiring the youth to embrace their roles as future leaders committed to serving the community. It aimed to strengthen and develop leadership skills among the youth of Argao, fostering a generation that leads with purpose, passion, and integrity.

Through this opportunity, the representatives of Argao Youth for Heritage and Society gained valuable realizations and experiences that will guide them in becoming more capable, responsible, and deserving youth leaders.

Argaoโ€™s historic streets once again came alive with stories of faith and resilienceโ€”made even more meaningful with the presence of the Cebu Association of Tourguides Inc. (CATG), who walked alongside us in honoring culture and tradition.

The Argawanons who joined the tour truly illuminated the night. With their warmth, energy, and love for home, the community showed that heritage is not only remembered, but lived and passed on. ๐Ÿ’ซ

Together, LAKANG continues to be more than a tourโ€”it is a journey of identity, memory, and unity.
