Mandatory Physical Presence for Year-End Activities and Clearance Signing (Per CD Memorandum No. 0526 - 534, S 2026)

In preparation for the conclusion of Academic Year 2025–2026, all students are hereby informed of the mandatory physical presence on campus from May 18–20, 2026 for the conduct of year-end activities, completion of institutional requirements, and signing of student clearances.

This schedule is designated to ensure the orderly processing of student concerns prior to the vacation period of faculty members and personnel. Faculty members without administrative designation shall already begin their vacation leave, while part-time instructors shall no longer physically report to the campus after May 20, 2026.

In line with this, all students are directed to accomplish the following within the said schedule:

1. Processing and signing of student clearances;
2. Completion of year-end academic and administrative requirements;
3. Participation in the Student Assessment Survey and other evaluation activities; and
4. Compliance with instructions from Deans, Program Chairpersons, and Class Advisers.

Furthermore, Deans, Program Chairpersons, and Class Advisers are hereby instructed to facilitate and monitor the conduct of the Student Assessment Survey and other institutional evaluation activities to ensure full student participation and compliance.

Please be advised that:

* No signing of clearances shall be accommodated after May 20, 2026;
* No clearance processing shall be entertained during the enrollment schedule; and
* Students who fail to comply within the prescribed period shall be responsible for any resulting delays or inconveniences.
