The Cagayan Valley Region XII of the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, Inc. recently carried out a heartwarming Regional Community Service in Barangay Guinamgamman, Conner, Apayao.

In the true spirit of Service through Strong Brotherhood, school bags personally funded by the Eagle members, along with reusable tumblers generously donated by Provincial Vice Governor Ms. Kyle Bulut-Cunan, were distributed to over 214 students from Kindergarten to Grade VIII.
This initiative supported the learners’ educational needs and encouraged healthier habits through the use of sustainable containers.

To further enrich the impact, manapacks were distributed as part of the children’s feeding program.

Aside from the distribution, the Eagles also reached out two individuals by providing financial assistance — Ms. Rhaiza, who is battling Hydrocephalus, and another beneficiary from Barangay Paddaoan.

A tree planting activity was also conducted within the Barangay Hall area.

This successful endeavor was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Eagle members in coordination to the barangay officials, SK officials and school teachers.

Together, we continue to soar high in service!

Once again, the ALIWA EAGLES CLUB, CVR XII of The Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine eagles, inc., has demontrated its unwavering commitment to community welfare service through strong brotherhood by providing a life-saving blood transfusion to a resident of Barangay Caglayan, Conner, Apayao, who was in urgent need of blood support.

The AEC continues to actively encourage community members to participate in blood donation drives and ither humanitarian activities and to strengthen the spirit of unity and compassion, emphasizing the importance of saving lives and supporting one another in times of need.

ALIWA Eagles Club Blood Drive a Resounding Success!

The ALIWA Eagles Club, CVR XII of the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles, Inc., successfully conducted a blood drive on May 9, 2025, at the Barangay Ripang Gymnasium. The event, a collaborative effort with the Cagayan Valley Medical Center, received vital support from the 98th Infantry Battalion (98IB) Philippine Army, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) BFP, and DENR personnel, as well as dedicated individual volunteers within the municipality of Conner.

The blood drive directly addressed the critical need for blood donations in the municipality of Conner, Apayao, providing a vital opportunity for community members to contribute to saving lives. The overwhelming response from participants demonstrated a strong community spirit and commitment to humanitarian service.

The Aliwa Eagles under the leadership of Eagle Club President PEMS Alan Greg B. Loyon expresses its sincere gratitude to all the volunteers blood donors and the Cagayan Valley Medical Center, for their invaluable contributions to the success of this life-saving initiative. We also thank the Barangay Ripang community for the use of the gymnasium. We look forward to future collaborations to continue serving our community.

The ALIWA Eagles Club, CVR XII, recently demonstrated its commitment to humanitarian services by conducting a successful feeding activity at Governor Benjamin Leguiab Sr. Memorial National High School in Barangay Daga, Conner, Apayao. The club provided a nutritious meal to a large number of students, aiming to support their physical and academic well-being.

The ALIWA Eagles Club, a chapter of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Philippine Eagles, is a non-political and non-partisan organization dedicated to community service. The club upholds its principle of "Service through Strong Brotherhood, for God and Country and its People."

The Club expresses sincere gratitude to School Principal Ma'am Karen L. Bognalon and all the teachers and students for their warm welcome and cooperation, making this activity a success.
