Dakiwas is an online and offline youth-led bayanihan effort for people affected by COVID-19 pandemic of Aparri, Cagayan. Convened by young-adults, together with kind-hearted donors in Municipality of Aparri and to some places in the Philippines. Our group started on April 2021 and will be extending the campaign to reach the people affected by the pandemic. Because of this, we have expanded our ori
