On August 11,2026 at about 6:00am- 1:00pm CCW PATNONGON CHAPTER led by chairman Leo Francis Pasangilan and vice chairman Noli A. Cresencio,participated in the " PNP COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM" held at Sitio Tig-angkal, Brgy.Quezon Patnongon,Antique.

Lubos ang aking pasasalamat kina Provincial Chairman Renz Narciso Mesayra (Antique), Regional Director Jay Gaspar, Deputy Lily Lei Han, sa buong CCW Zambales-Bataan, at sa mga Barangay Officials ng Iba, Zambales sa inyong pag-alalay at pagbibigay ng matutuluyan habang nagpapatuloy ang aking paglalakbay.

Taos-puso rin akong nagpapasalamat kay Atty. Ferdinand Topacio sa kanyang suporta at pagpapakita ng malasakit sa mga adbokasiyang naglalayong maprotektahan ang kapakanan ng ating mga senior citizen.

Patuloy ang paglalakbay ng SIKAD Pilipinas (Strong Intelligent Knowledge Action and Dedication) mula Bukidnon hanggang sa iba’t ibang panig ng Pilipinas gamit lamang ang pedicab upang maisulong ang pagpasa ng Anti-Elderly Abuse Act at maiparating ang mensahe ng malasakit, pagkakaisa, at bayanihan.

All About Citizens Crime Watch

​Citizens Crime Watch (CCW) is a private, non-sectarian, and non-profit organization established as a community-driven initiative. Dedicated to safeguarding the community, CCW works to enhance public safety, promote government accountability, and reduce crime victimization. It supports law enforcement agencies by educating the public on crime prevention and the justice system.

​By uniting citizens and collaborating with government bodies, the organization addresses local crime through active partnership. CCW educates community members in key areas, including personal safety, home security, crime reporting, environmental stewardship, and micro-economic and peace development programs.

​CCW's initiatives encourage neighbors to unite in fighting crime while engaging in civic action, environmental projects, cultural promotion, and anti-drug campaigns. By fostering trust and cooperation, Citizens Crime Watch continues to prove itself as a vital framework for strengthening police-community relations.

​Beyond community patrols, CCW works alongside agencies such as the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) to prevent and detect crime. It actively mobilizes volunteers for community work projects, provides direct project funding, and supports child sponsorship programs. By creating opportunities for human and economic development, CCW builds hope—and where there is hope, peace follows.

• ​Fixed Grammar & Mechanics: Corrected subject-verb agreement errors (e.g., changing "programs involves" to "programs involve"), removed duplicate words ("a more than a viable"), and added missing spaces.

• ​Improved Sentence Flow: Split overly long, run-on sentences into clear, concise statements to enhance readability.

• ​Word Choice Adjustments: Replaced awkward phrasing (such as "indulge in socio-civic actions") with more precise professional language (such as "engaging in civic action").

• ​Logical Restructuring: Paragraphs were rearranged so the text flows naturally from who CCW is, to what they do with law enforcement, to their broader socio-civic impact, closing on their mission statement and values.

CCW OBJECTIVES


1. To extend assistance to the Philippine National Police(PNP) and other Law enforcement agencies in their anti-crime drive against violence and other crimes which threaten and endanger the lives of all citizens in the country



2. To help improve the administration of the Police patrol system patterned after the “Koban” police box system in Japan and faster response time closer community relations and interactions



3. To organize and operate a nationwide police and community relation network assistance from the national, regional, provincial, municipal and barangay levels



4. To give Award and Citation to the officers and members of the PNP, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Criminal Intelligence Service (CIS), Commission on Immigration and Deportation (CID), Economic Enforcement and Intelligence Bureau (EEIB) and National Police Commission and other Law Enforcement Agencies



5. To promote and encourage the social & Economic Advancement of the PNP, NBI, CIS, CID and other Law Enforcement Agencies (officer members and their dependents) by establishing housing facilities and livelihood scheme that could provide employments and other Generating activities to augment the meager income of the policemen



6. To coordinate and assist the PEOPLE’S LAW ENFORCEMENT BOARD (PLEB) and NATIONAL POLICE COMMISSION (NAPOLCOM)in checking and monitoring the erring officers and members of the Philippine National 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞@
