Today, we celebrate World Oceans Day and recognize the vital role our oceans play in sustaining life on Earth. From producing much of the oxygen we breathe to providing food, livelihoods, and a home for countless marine species, the ocean is truly one of our planet's greatest treasures.

As we mark this day, let us commit to protecting our seas by reducing pollution, conserving marine resources, and promoting sustainable practices. Together, we can preserve the beauty and health of our oceans for future generations because every drop counts, and every effort matters. 🌎🐠💙

Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Rizal, SofronioEspanola), (Hamtic, TobiasFornier and AniniY) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in (Bataraza and Brooke'sPoint) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.

The above conditions are being experienced in (Caluya, Sibalom, SanJose, Belison), (Agutaya, Magsaysay, Quezon, Kalayaan) and (Jamindan) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.

Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future!

Last May 16, the SAC Red Cross Youth Council celebrated its Recognition and Transition of Power Ceremony — a meaningful milestone honoring leadership, dedication, and service.

Special thanks to Mr. Jeo Phfi G. Rafols, our outgoing adviser, for his message of support and dedication to the council; Dr. Aris Kendell Bungabong, Dean of the Nursing Department, for his inspiring words and message of support; our guest speaker, Mr. JM Fedelicio Molina, for sharing valuable insights on leadership and volunteerism; and Ms. Christine Jane V. Asmod, former SAC RCYC President, for her message of support and encouragement.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to Ms. Ma. Melvia Con A. Obani, and Mr. Julius Caesar G. Magtiza, for their support and assistance in making this event possible.

To our outgoing officers, thank you for your dedication and service. To our incoming leaders, may you continue to carry the torch with integrity, excellence, and passion for humanitarian service.
