Proudly initiated by the Regional Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government – CALABARZON, 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜 2026: 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 is a virtual training from May 26-28, 2026 where student leaders level up from “active participants” to “intentional changemakers.” Built for those who don’t just represent voices—but actually know how to turn them into action.

Anchored on the spirit of the “𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶”—brave, principled, service-driven—this program pushes leaders to think deeper, lead smarter, and serve better, all while staying aligned with the 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 (𝗦𝗗𝗚𝘀). 🌏

Session 2: Growing Up: The Reality of Student Life and The Working World - "Student life is just like a convex lens: if hard work, planning, a positive attitude and dedication comes parallel like light rays, they will converge to create a brighter future."

Session 3: Personal Branding and Career Leadership - "Your values and character are your guide"

Session 4: Leadership Roadmap - "Huwag mag reklamo 'pag sarado ang pinto; humanap ng ibang bukas na daan"

Session 5: Spiritual Retreat/Reflection Session "Know Your Seasons" - Sa bawat bagay, may kapanahunan"

Beyonds the notes and the qoutes, these two days taught us that leadership is journey of both the mind and the heart. We go home not just with fuller notebooks, but with a clearer roadmap and renewed spirit to serve.

As we look back on 2025, the District Federation of Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) proudly reflects on the meaningful programs, seminars, and initiatives we participated in each experience strengthening our leadership, unity, and commitment to serve.

The 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 – 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 proudly participated in the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 held on 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟑–𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 at 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, with the theme “𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫-𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.”

This division-led summit, organized by the 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐥 in partnership with the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, provided meaningful learning experiences on 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠), 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀.

Our youth leaders and advisers actively engaged in plenaries, workshops, simulations, and collaborative activities designed to strengthen their capacity to lead disaster-ready and climate-smart school communities.

We extend our appreciation to SDO Rizal and PNU for empowering the youth of Teresa District to become proactive champions of resilience and environmental stewardship.

The 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆) proudly took part in the 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 held on 24 September 2025 | 1:00 PM GMT via Zoom.

Our student leaders from Pantay Integrated High School, Abuyod National High School, and Teresa National High School — represented the Teresa District with pride, passion, and commitment. Truly, the Filipino youth is part of the global movement for change! 🇵🇭🌐
