is a non-profit organization licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) providing a loving and safe environment for the abandoned, neglected, surrendered babies and female minor survivors of sexual abuse. CRIBS run many programs, the two main being Receiving Homes and New Beginnings:

Our Receiving Home Program provides an alternative home environment for abandoned, surren

dered, neglected and dependent children aged 0-4 years old with the end goal of permanently placing them with either their birth families, relatives or adoptive families. Our New Beginnings Program addresses the healing and recovery of sexually abused female minors, aged 7-17 years old. Its services include home life, formal education, adjunctive therapy, individual and group counselling, basic health services, family counselling and after care services. New Beginnings provides protective custody and healing intervention programs and works toward the reintegration of the children with their families, if possible, and society in general. Other Programs consist of: Post Residential Care, Foster care, Community Advocacy and Volunteer Resource Program.
