Handcrafted Soap & Cosmetics Association of the Philippines Inc. HSCAPI is registered as a non-profit organization serving the industry of handcrafted soap and cosmetics.

The association was formed in February 2017 when a small group of enterprising soapmakers who were looking for a way to connect, network and jointly promote the handcrafted soap and cosmetics industry met at the Arch Holy Pink Beauty Positive, Valenzuela City.
