At Voice of the Free, every survivor's journey to freedom is carried by people who refuse to look away. We're once again looking for a Social Worker to join that mission, so if you missed it the first time, this is your chance.

You might be the one if you have:

✔️ At least 1 year of experience in social work
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ The ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Skills in case management, counseling, and documentation
✔️ Familiarity with child protection policies and intervention strategies
✔️ Experience in community outreach and stakeholder collaboration

We’re deeply grateful to the Macquarie Group Foundation team for visiting the Center of Hope on May 27 for a meaningful day of community outreach. It was an honor to welcome back Nicole Sorbara, COO/Head of Corporate Operations Group, along with Macquarie’s executive officers and staff, their time, energy, and warmth made the day truly special. ✨

Together we enjoyed two uplifting sessions: a fun, collaborative Paint and Sip 🎨 that unlocked creativity, and a practical AI training 👩🏻‍💻 workshop that helped upskill community members for the future.

3️⃣ Your employer keeps your ID, documents, or salary from you.

These are not “part of the sacrifice”, they’re warning signs.

You deserve decent work, not silent suffering.

We are so grateful to the British Women Association for inviting Voice of the Free Philippines to their charity event and for supporting our work for over a year now. Their generosity helps us continue empowering women and survivors of trafficking to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. ✨

It was also a pleasure meeting Laura Charlton, daughter of David Charlton, founder of David’s Salon, who is opening doors for our girls through potential employment opportunities in their salons and restaurants. We are excited to begin this partnership and look forward to working together to create safe and sustainable futures.
