Youth for Excellence in Sampaguita is an organization of youth volunteers in Sitio Sampaguita, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Anitpolo City. Hermie Balucan.

It was established in June 2012 by Mr. & Mrs. YES provides youth volunteers opportunities to excel in their academic performances; to render community service; and to develop talents, skills and personalities. It is open to high school and college students who are willing to commit and work with passion.

The YES Organization proudly conducted the Pre-Speech Fest 2026 with the theme, “Inside Out: Expressing What’s Within to Speak with Meaning.”

The activity focused on podcast-style communication, helping participants enhance their confidence, creativity, and speaking skills while expressing their thoughts and ideas meaningfully. 🎧🗣️
For students to share their perspectives, connect with others, and discover the power of their own voices.

With the guidance and inspiration of our resource speakers, Alumni Ms. Stephanie Egnalig and Ms. Decerie Maligat, students learned the importance of speaking with purpose, authenticity, and confidence as they prepare for Speech Fest 2026. 🌟❤️
