Established Statement:

"On September 18, 2020, the Kasama Ka Kabataan Youth Organization - KKKYO Kasama Ka Kabataan Youth Organization Serving Initiatives Advocates Nation was officially born — a youth-led movement rooted in unity, service, and purpose. Founded during one of the most challenging times in recent history, KKKYO emerged as a beacon of hope, resilience, and empowerment, giving voice to the youth and transforming passion into action for community and nation-building."

Vision – A community where confident and empowered youth actively engage in meaningful service, inspiring positive change, and fostering a culture of collaboration, empathy, and social responsibility.

Mission – To empower young individuals with confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of purpose, guiding them to serve their communities with compassion, integrity, and innovation.

Goal – The organization aims to develop youth who led change towards inclusive communities by acquiring skills and knowledge for social responsibility and motivation to build a sustainable society. Kasama Ka Kabataan Youth Organization builds an environment by promoting collaboration, so youth develop initiative to serve as agents of positive community change and inspiration for others.

Objective – To empower youth by enhancing their confidence and fostering a spirit of service to both their peers and the broader community. We aim to create a supportive environment where young individuals can develop their leadership skills, engage in meaningful community service, and grow into confident, compassionate leaders who make a positive impact on the world around them.

Compassion
We uphold empathy and understanding in all our endeavors, ensuring that every action we take serves the welfare and dignity of others—especially the most vulnerable.

Equity
We strive for fairness and inclusivity, ensuring that every young person has access to opportunities and is treated with justice, regardless of background or circumstance.

OUR HISTORY

Kasama Ka Kabataan Youth Organization (KKKYO) is a youth-led, youth-serving, non-governmental organization based in Antipolo City, Philippines. Established on September 18, 2020, KKKYO was formed with a clear purpose: to unite, empower, and mobilize the youth as active partners in community development and nation-building.

Born during a time of global and local challenges, KKKYO emerged as a platform where young individuals could transform passion into purposeful action. Guided by the principle “Para sa Diyos, Para sa Kabataan, Para sa Bayan,” the organization fosters leadership, service, and social responsibility among the youth.

KKKYO is committed to developing confident, compassionate, and values-driven young leaders through inclusive programs, community engagement, and advocacy initiatives. We provide a safe and empowering space where youth from diverse backgrounds can grow, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Our members, known as KKKYOSIANS, are advocates of positive change who believe that real progress begins when the youth stand together in unity, integrity, and service. Through structured leadership development, volunteerism, and partnerships, KKKYO continues to nurture young changemakers who are ready to lead with purpose and heart.

KKKYO is more than an organization—it is a movement dedicated to building a better future for the Filipino youth and the nation.

The Purpose of Kasama Ka Kabataan Youth Organization (KKKYO) exists to inspire and empower youth, communities, and organizations to take meaningful action that leads to positive and lasting change. We are committed to addressing social, environmental, and economic challenges by fostering collaboration, promoting sustainable solutions, and nurturing a culture of kindness, accountability, and active citizenship.

By uniting individuals under a shared vision of progress, KKKYO strives to uplift marginalized communities, safeguard the environment, and help build a more inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society. We believe that every effort—no matter how small—fuels a greater movement of transformation, unity, and hope for the Filipino people and future generations.

7th Founding Anniversary | September 18, 2026

7 years ago, what started as a simple dream of one brother, carried forward by the vision of our Founder and the dedication of his friends, became a reality. From that dream, Kasama Ka Kabataan Youth Organization (KKKYO) was born in 2020. Today, we stand not just as an organization, but as a movement of the youth, for the youth, and with the youth — the KKKYO and KKkyoSian Family.

Over the years, we have walked a journey built on service, compassion, and empowerment. From community outreaches, youth leadership programs, environmental efforts, and advocacy campaigns, we have shown that even the smallest act of kindness can spark waves of change. Through challenges, we found resilience; through struggles, we gained strength; and through victories, we found deeper purpose.

On September 18, 2026, we celebrate 7 years of unwavering commitment — 7 years of proving that the kabataan are not just the leaders of tomorrow, but changemakers of today.

This milestone is not ours alone. It is shared with our SPONSORS, PARTNERS, DONORS, and SUPPORTERS whose faith in our mission made everything possible. We extend special gratitude to Barangay Dela Paz, led by Kap. Jeff Fernan and the Council, and the City Government of Antipolo under Mayor Jun Ynares and the City Council, for standing with us in every step of our journey.

As we look back with gratitude, we also look ahead with courage and hope. The next chapter of KKKYO will be bigger, stronger, and more inclusive — guided by our Five Pillars:

Isang mapagpalang araw at makalikasang Hapon

I want to emphasize na dahil lang sa mga action and behavior

Kaya may ganitong issue because hindi mo dapat marinig sa mga kapwa mo leader ang mga words na pang unprofessional but lahat Ng salita na hindi mo dapat ma received at marinig Ng dalawa mong tenga pero narinig mo KO pa din

And in stop pretending nakapag election because walang eleksyon ang nangyari because my election man pero pinawalang bisa ko lahat iyon just because Unprofessional ang mga na received ko habang nag tiwala ako

And again is stop to saying again accountability and transparency because kayo yung maging transparency and accountability sa mga pinagsasabi ninyo sa akin sanay ako sa criticism pero criticism na may kwenta at ikauunlad ko bilang tao at bilang lider but ang iniinsist ninyong criticism ay hindi nakakaganda ng pagkatao because saan ka makakakita at saan ka makakarinig ng pinagkatiwalaan mo tinanggap mo ng buo tapos in the end ang isusukli sayo hindi maganda and stop saying me na hindi ko pwedeng sabihin ang mga pinagsasabi ninyo sa akin dahil quote and quote

Here ang mga na-receive ko sa mga leader na pinagkatiwalaan ko at inabuso ako at inabuso ang kabaitan ko bilang lider

Again stop telling me accountability and transparency if hindi mo alam ang manners right conduct if hindi mo alam kind reach out your mother and your teacher to teach you how to respect and exploring the manners right conduct

To national youth commission and youth organization registration program ganyan po ba matatawag ang mga leader napag-asa ng bayan ?

dahil kaya nilang lampasuhin ang integridad at reputasyon ng kapwa nila leader

Take note please please hindi porket kinakaya ninyo ako hindi ko rin kayo-kaya kaya kong ipaglaban ang sarili ko kahit wala akong kasama kahit wala akong kadamay and lastly pipili kayo ng tao na kaya kayong sabayan sa mga hindi ninyo magagandang ugali dahil hindi ako hindi ako nakikipagsabayan sa mga unprofessional na tao

I need to say this again: stop pretending that I wasn't your leader. It is clear—I saw the posts directed at me, but I chose to ignore and disregard them because I know within myself whether or not I actually did anything wrong.

Do you remember? I was the one who told you: if I committed any act that violated the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, you should file a legal case against me. I would face it without hesitation; I am ready to go to jail if I did anything improper—anything that compromised my integrity and reputation or tarnished my character and good name.

I am truly amazed by your behavior. I was the one who said—and I quote:
"YOU STILL HAVE A CHOICE: DELETE THE POST, REFLECT, AND LEAD BETTER. TRY BUILDING THROUGH YOUR WORK, NOT BY TEARING OTHERS DOWN."

But I already know the answer to their posts. I humbled myself and asked for them to be deleted, yet my post was met with "haha" reactions—which is just incredibly unprofessional.
