Term 1 definitely tested my limits, but today is all about looking back and reflecting on how much growth happened in the middle of the chaos. It wasn’t always smooth sailing, but every late night, challenge, and lesson learned brought me here.

Closing this chapter with so much gratitude for the journey and stepping into Term 2 with clearer goals, better focus, and a fresh mindset. Ready for what’s next. 📖✨

Intramurals Day 2 is here, and the energy is even higher! ⛈️🔥

From an intense sack race to focused chess players, powerful volleyball spikers, energetic basketball players, and the rediscovery of Laro ng Lahi, Day 2 was filled with excitement and camaraderie. Lastly, we heard the loudest cheers from the JHS community, just as thunderous as the roaring storms that concluded this year’s Intramurals.

A big thank you to the four teams that made this event possible: the Red Team, Green Team, Yellow Team, and Blue Team! 🎖️

Together, let us continue to strengthen sportsmanship and teamwork until the next Intramurals, Stallions! 🎗️

Months of research, late-night preparation, and endless passion have all led to this moment. CAPSA isn't just a competition, it's where ideas transform into impact.

Ready to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and bring our absolute best to the floor. Let the minds meet! 💡🏆

Lace up, turn the music up, and let’s go! 🎶🔥

We kicked off our Junior High Intramurals with a high-energy mini parade and a lively yell, followed by an exciting Zumba warm-up that got everyone pumped and ready for the action!

From fast-paced matches on the court to strategic battles at the board, every team brought their A-game today. 💪🏽🏆

Here’s how the action unfolded:

🏐 Volleyball
🏀 Basketball
♟️ Chess & Dama
🎯 Dodgeball

A huge shoutout to Team Blue, Team Green, Team Yellow, and Team Red for bringing the noise, the hustle, and, most importantly, incredible sportsmanship! 💙💚💛❤️

The games have only just begun—let’s keep the energy high and the spirit of camaraderie even higher! 🙌🔥
