ROTARY DISTRICT 3800 KICK-OFF PROJECT RY 2026–2027

“Sama-Sama sa Pag-unlad, Para sa Mas Maayos na Pamayanan!”

Last May 30, 2026, District 3800, headed by our DGE Celso Montalla, proudly launched the Rotary 7-in-1 Community Development Project in Brgy. Sto. Niño, Tanay, Rizal—bringing together meaningful initiatives that address the pressing needs of the community.

This project reflects Rotary’s 2026–2027 theme, “Create Lasting Impact,” as we work hand in hand with community leaders, partners, and volunteers to build healthier, safer, and more empowered communities.

Congratulations DGE Celso Montalla and District Service Project Chair Liza Santiago for spearheading this successful initiative. Congratulations as well to our High Impact President-Elect Hazel Carandang Manuel for showing your spirit of service, dedication, and commitment as you begin your Rotary journey as President. Your passion to serve and willingness to lead inspire others to do the same, and this is only the beginning of the many lives you will touch and the lasting impact you will create.

Together, we serve. Together, we inspire. Together, we create lasting impact. 🤍

The Rotary Club of Antipolo East participated in the recent DLM (District Legislation Meeting) held last May 29, 2026, at Kalayaan Hall, Club Filipino. This historic gathering brought together Rotarians across the district to discuss, deliberate, and vote on important matters that will help shape the future direction of the district.

Among the important issues tackled during the meeting were the voting process for future governors, with the approval that voting will now be conducted through club voting represented by the incumbent club president, and the resolution to rename the District Calamity Fund into the District Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (DDRMF), with an annual allocation of PHP 100,000 for proactive training programs and initiatives.

Congratulations to RC Marikina West for the successful hosting of this meaningful and well-organized event.

RCC Orientation and Induction Ceremony
May 26, 2026
Libis Elementary School

We are proud to share that our Rotary Community Corps — LISDRA (Libis San Isidro Dumagat Remontado Association) and KABALIKAT (Kapisanan ng Balik-Kalikasan) — successfully held their Induction Ceremony last May 26, 2026, at the District Grant Project site located at the Library of Libis Elementary School.

This special occasion marked another milestone as we continue empowering communities, building leaders, and strengthening our shared commitment to Service Above Self.

We were deeply honored to have Chair PP Genna Santos and PP Grace Morales join us as our distinguished guests and lead the induction ceremony as we formally welcomed the new officers and members who will continue the mission of creating positive change within their communities.

Together, we celebrated not only a new beginning but also the power of service, collaboration, and community.

Rotaract Club of Antipolo East Ignite
Charter Induction Ceremony
May 23, 2026
Kubo Grill

After much anticipation and thoughtful planning, we are delighted to announce the birth of our newest Rotaract club — the Rotaract Club of Antipolo East Ignite.

A simple yet meaningful ceremony was held at Kubo Grill, courtesy of IPP Anne Gorostiza, to celebrate this special milestone.

This new set of young leaders is mostly composed of RCAE kids, RCAE scholars, and friends who share the passion for service and fellowship. Congratulations to Tj Ya-el A. Candila, one of our scholars, for being elected as Charter President of RACAEI, and to all the new members of the club.

A big shoutout as well to GP Maria Cristina Rodriguez and the RCAE members who worked behind the scenes to make this vision a reality.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to DRR John Vince D. Ortiz and his district officers for officiating the club’s chartering and induction ceremony.

Wishing the Rotaract Club of Antipolo East Ignite a meaningful journey ahead filled with inspiring service projects, strong fellowship, leadership, and lasting impact in the community.

Across the waters to Brgy. Navotas, Cardona, Rizal, one of the beautiful communities of Talim Island.

The Rotary Club of Antipolo East together with the Rotaractors carried not just plans and ideas, but hearts ready to listen, serve, and make a difference.

This Monday’s site ocular reminds us that meaningful projects begin with genuine connection: seeing the community, understanding their needs, and believing in the potential of every child, every family, and every dream within the island.

Excited for the possibilities ahead as we continue to create spaces, opportunities, and projects that inspire hope, empower communities, and leave lasting impact through service above self. 🌊✨💙

Special thanks to PE Hazel Manuel for arranging this visit in close coordination with the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Navotas, Cardona, Rizal.

To Brgy. Captain W***y for the guided tour.
To Kagawad Nestor and Kagawad Nelly for the boat ride.
To Kagawad Gapi and Kagawad Ireneo for the warm hospitality and sumptuous meal prepared for us.

Special mention as well to Teacher Cherish and Teacher Gemmalyn for their patience and kindness in attending to all our queries throughout the visit.

Maraming salamat for welcoming us with such positivity and warmth. 🤝💙
