💜 A mother’s love thinks beyond her lifetime.

One of the deepest fears of an autism parent is wondering, “Who will take care of my child when I’m no longer here?”

This fear became the reason behind AWLA — Autism World of Love and Acceptance. A dream born from a mother’s love, a heart full of hope, and a desire to build a world where autistic individuals are understood, accepted, protected, and loved.

We may not be here to hold their hands forever, but we can help create a world that will never let go of them. A world where being different is not a reason for rejection, but an opportunity for understanding.

Because our children deserve a future where they are safe, valued, and loved—even when we can no longer be by their side. 💜

This is our purpose. This is our mission. This is AWLA.

You hear your child say “Mama.”
You hear their laughter.
You hear their stories.
You hear them call your name.

And for some parents…
those are sounds they are still waiting for. 💔

Not because their child has nothing to say.
But because their child may communicate in a different way.

A smile can speak.
A gesture can speak.
A hug can speak.
A look can speak.
A picture, a sign, or AAC can speak.

Communication is more than spoken words. 🤍

So the next time you hear your child talking nonstop,
pause for a moment…

Because somewhere, a parent is praying to hear just one word.

And to every parent waiting for that word:
your child is not less. Their voice matters. Their way of communicating matters. And they are worthy of being heard. 🫶

Today, AWLA honors the teachers who patiently guide, lovingly support, and tirelessly advocate for learners with special educational needs.

You do more than teach lessons. You help children discover their strengths, find their voices, build confidence, and believe that they have a place in this world. You celebrate the small victories that others may not see, and you continue to show up with patience, compassion, and understanding—even on the difficult days.

Thank you for creating classrooms where differences are welcomed, abilities are recognized, and every learner is given the opportunity to grow and shine. 💜

Your work may not always be easy, but it makes a lifelong difference in the lives of the children and families you serve.

To every SNED teacher who chooses understanding over judgment, patience over frustration, and inclusion over exclusion—thank you for being part of the change we hope to see in the world. 🫶

I received an international invitation from Malaysia! 🇲🇾✨

I am truly grateful and honored to be selected as a recipient of the Cluster of Achievers – Malaysia 2026. Thank you so much for this wonderful award and recognition. It means so much to have my dedication, work, and advocacies recognized internationally.

Unfortunately, due to prior commitments this October, I will not be able to attend the ceremony in Kuala Lumpur personally. Nevertheless, I sincerely appreciate this recognition and everyone behind it.
