This coming month of May, we invite you to take part in our yearly Santacruzan on May 31, 2026. 🌸👑

👑 Who may join?
Catholic women aged 13 to 65 years old

📝 Registration Fee: ₱600 per Reina (with or without an es**rt)
Includes:
• Bamboo arch
• Reina title tarpaulin
• Food and water

(Note: Arch decorations such as flowers, ribbons, etc., are not included and will be shouldered by the participants and/or sponsoring Parish Ministry.)

📅 Registration is open until May 17, 2026.

To reserve your slot or for inquiries, please contact Sis. Khrismel Luna, our Parish Youth Coordinator, at 0947-779-8999.

You may also register at the Parish Office. Beginning May 2, 2026 (Saturday), our Parish Youth Ministry will have a registration booth ready to assist you at the church entrance.

🌿 LINGGO NG PALASPAS

Inaanyayahan ang lahat na makiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Linggo ng Palaspas, ang simula ng ating paglalakbay sa Semana Santa.

May mabibiling palaspas mula sa opisina ng Parokya sa halagang Php50.00 bawat isa.

Makibahagi sa Prusisyon sa ika-5 ng hapon sa Linggo at mga Banal na Misa (Anticipated Mass bukas Sabado, 6:00 PM at sa Linggo 10:30 AM at 6:00 PM)

Sa araw na ito, ginugunita natin ang maringal na pagpasok ni Hesus sa Jerusalem. Bitbit ng mga tao ang mga palaspas at sumisigaw: “Hosanna!” papuri sa Hari na dumarating sa ngalan ng Panginoon. Ngunit ang tagumpay na ito ay tahimik na nagbabadya ng Kanyang paghihirap at kamatayan.

📖 Ayon sa Katesismo ng Iglesia Katolika:
“Ang pagpasok ni Hesus sa Jerusalem ay nagpapakita ng pagdating ng Kaharian na tinutupad ng Hari-Mesiyas sa pamamagitan ng Paskuwa ng Kanyang Kamatayan at Pagkabuhay na Muli.” (CCC 559)

Dumating si Hesus hindi bilang makapangyarihang hari ng sanlibutan, kundi bilang Hari na mapagkumbaba, nakasakay sa isang a**o, naghahari sa pamamagitan ng pag-ibig at sakripisyo.

🌿 Sa pagwawagayway ng ating mga palaspas, ipinahahayag natin ang ating pananampalataya at pagtanggap kay Kristo bilang Hari. Ngunit hinahamon din tayo: ang ating “Hosanna” ba ay mananatiling tapat, kahit sa gitna ng hirap at krus?

✝️ Ito ang simula ng Mga Mahal na Araw: isang paanyaya na samahan si Hesus hindi lamang sa Kanyang tagumpay, kundi lalo na sa Kanyang paghihirap.

🌿 Sa paghawak mo ng palaspas, itanong mo sa sarili: Si Kristo ba ay Hari lamang ng aking labi? o tunay na Hari ng aking puso?

Tomorrow, we go to Bulacan and embark on our Visita Iglesia within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Malolos.

📍 ASSEMBLY TIME AND PLACE

🕞 3:30 AM
📌 Saint Anthony the Abbot Parish Church
Mahogany Avenue corner Tindalo Street
Town and Country Executive Village
Marcos Highway, Barangay Mayamot, Antipolo City

Our gathering will begin with a short orientation and Opening Liturgy, after which we will depart immediately.

🚐 DEPARTURE

To ensure a smooth and orderly pilgrimage, we will no longer wait for latecomers. Kindly arrive on time.

🚗 ARRIVAL TO THE PARISH CHURCH FOR THE 3:30 AM ASSEMBLY

With 16 vans and several vehicles forming our Visita Iglesia entourage within the Parish vicinity, we strongly encourage carpooling or arranging a drop-off scheme for your arrival.

To maintain order and ensure smooth movement, only the 16 vans and designated vehicles will be allowed to park within the Parish vicinity until departure.

🎒 THINGS TO BRING

1️⃣ Personal medicines
2️⃣ Tumbler or any water containers (water jugs will be available for refilling)
3️⃣ Meals and snacks
4️⃣ Hat, umbrella, or any protection from sun and sudden rain
5️⃣ Extra clothes (if needed), preferably in a blue hue, similar to the Blue Pilgrim Shirt

👕 Please come wearing your Blue Pilgrim Shirt.
