Sa gitna ng mga biglaang sakuna, ang pinakamahalagang panlaban natin ay ang pagiging handa. Ang pagkakaroon ng isang Emergency Go Bag ay isa sa pinakamabisa at pinakasimpleng paraan upang masiguro ang kaligtasan ng buong pamilya. Ito ang magsisilbing lifeline mo sa oras ng biglaang paglikas, naglalaman ng mga pangunahing kailangan na magiging gabay at suporta.
Narito ang mga mahahalagang bagay na dapat ay nilalaman ng iyong Go Bag:
โ€ข Komunikasyon at Dokumento:
o Contact List: Listahan ng mga emergency number at kontak ng pamilya.
o Importanteng Dokumento: Ilagay sa water-resistant na lalagyan ang kopya ng mga ID, birth certificate, at iba pang mahahalagang papel.
o Pera: Magtabi ng sapat na cash at ATM cards.
โ€ข Kagamitang Panligtas at Pang-ilaw:
o Flashlight: Kasama ang mga ekstrang baterya.
o Portable Radio: Mahalaga para sa mga anunsyo, kasama ang ekstrang baterya.
o Whistle: Para makatawag ng atensyon.
โ€ข Pangkalusugan at Personal na Gamit:
o First Aid Kit: Mga pangunahing gamot at kagamitang panlunas.
o Mga Gamot: Sapat na supply ng personal na maintenance medications.
o Toiletries: Sabon, toothpaste, toothbrush, at iba pang pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan.
โ€ข Pagkain at Tubig:
o Tubig: Sapat na supply ng inuming tubig.
o Pagkain: Ready-to-eat na pagkain tulad ng delata at biskwit.
โ€ข Iba pang Mahalagang Gamit:
o Damit: Sapat na damit para sa 2-3 araw, tuwalya, at kumot.
o Powerbank: Panlaban sa power outage.
o Baby Needs: Gatas, diapers, at iba pang kailangan ng bata.
Tandaan: Maglaan ng oras na suriin at i-update ang laman ng inyong Go Bag kada tatlong buwan. Ilagay ito sa lugar na madaling kunin. Ang kahandaan ay susi sa kaligtasan.
