Good afternoon CHAI members.. today po nagpunta ako sa NHA para magpa approve ng bagong Masterlist ng lahat ng members akin sa template na binigay po nila na sa atin na dapat sending at sa AWA PO NG DIYOS na approved na po ang ginawa natin may mga kailangan lang idagdag pero manageable naman po kaya sa darating po na Linggo

NAPAKAHALAGA po ng meeting na ito kasi lahat po ng members ng Cuencoville Homeowners Association ay kailangan magsign ng Signature dun sa bagong Masterslist. So please cooperate po tayo kasi ito na.lamang po ang kulang natin at ang certification na manggaling sa kanila para makapagpa rehistro na tayo sa DISHUD. Laya kailangan.po umattend tayo at kung sino po ang nakalagay sa masterlist yun po talaga ang attend. Kung kayo.man po ang bagong nag mamay ati ng lupa at nabili nyo na po at nakalagay na sa pangalan nyo umattend po kayo kasi ang masterlist po ay kung sino ang old awardee at kung sino ang new awardee. Inaasahan po namin ang inyong pagdalo. Maraming Salamat.po

Good afternoon Guys.. if you have time you can visit the Nuestro Jesus Nazareno ng Quiapo dito.po sa Upper 2 cupang sa outpost. May ginagawa po kaming rosaryo tuwing alas sais ng hapon. Dumating po sya kagabi at mananatili po sya dito hanggang Sa linggo. Everyone is invited to see and visit Him.

Agenda:
Cuencoville Homeowners Asso.
1. Compliance of Requirement for DISHUD registration.
2. Formed a committee and its function for Homeowners Association.
a. Election committee
b. Grievance committee
c. Audit committee
d. GAD committee
e. DRRM committee
3. Purpose and Introduction of Interim officers and Board members.
4. Some important details from the by laws and articles of incorporation regarding monthly dues, registration for new members and additional purposes of the association for the benefit of their members.
5. The importance of complying for all the requirements for speedy processing of HOA's registration. So all in all it was a successful meeting and were very happy that everyone has the eager to help and cooperate.
