Change can be really scary, but it's necessary for us to grow.
I can recall how afraid I am to take risk in being part of school organizations, build new connections, or to learn something new in life. I feel I am gambling at mas malaki 'yung chance na matalo ako.
But then I realize, if we're not willing to change, then we'll get stuck at where we are right now. And yes, it's probably comforting to know that we can settle now, but it also means we are letting some of the biggest opportunities in life pass us by.
We dream big, and that requires a big heart too.
Change can be really frightening but it's also rewarding. One day, you'll look back to yourself and be thankful that you chose the path that was scary.

- Your family doesn't know how much difficulties and pressure you go through in your daily life or in your business.
- And your job doesn’t know the circumstances of your life and your home.
- Your friends and loved ones will not understand the size of the new and old responsibilities that are above you.
- And your partner is always waiting for love and support from you, and he will not understand the amount of pressure you go through no matter how much you talk and explain to him.
In conclusion, no one feels about you but yourself.. No one will understand what you're going through…

I believe that's TIME AND FINANCIAL FREEDOM.
Having your own H&L is a BASIC NEED, i did not even compute for a dream house.
But if you can only save 5,000 a month, it will take you 133 years to get those goals! 🥴
Life is short. Way too short to just sit back and wait for something to happen to you.
You can remain to where you are or you can move to a higher level where there’s abundance and freedom.

SIX LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE!
1. Eagles fly alone and at high altitudes.
They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds.
MEANING: Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.
2. Eagles have an accurate vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.
MEANING: Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.
3. Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey.
MEANING: Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.
4. Eagles love the storm.
When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.
MEANING: Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.
5. Eagles prepare for training;
They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest.
MEANING: Leave your comfort zone, there is no growth there.
6. When the eagle grows old,
His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.
MEANING: We occasionally need to shed off old habit no matter how difficult, things that burden us or add no value to our lives should be let go of.

Porke ba mahirap ka dati gugustuhin mo nalang maging mahirap hanggang tumanda?
Hindi reason ang pagiging mahirap o kakulangan sa resources para makapagsimula.
Hindi din reason ang pagkakaroon ng mga challenges sa buhay dahil part yan ng journey mo through your success (kung deserve mo)
The only reason bakit hindi ka makaalis sa current state mo ay dahil sa sarili mong mindset.
Saka nalang
Bukas nalang
Tinatamad pa ako
Baka magfailed
Wala ako maisip na paraan
Baka mareject
Sana all
Gusto ko (gusto lang pero ayaw gumawa paraan)
Sobrang daming words na pwde makapag define ng eagerness mo maachieve ang goals mo.
But one thing na makakapag tupad nyan ay action mo! Ikaw mismo ang magdidikta ng magiging future mo, hindi ng ibang tao.
Kung magfailed ka that's okay lesson learned!
Pero kung mag gigive up ka, dito ka na talo. So wag ka na mag reason reason pa and start making decisions na makakapagpabago sa buhay mo.

Your job, despite how much effort you put in, can only give you compensation commensurate to a certain percentage of what your employer can give.
When you get old or when they don't need you anymore, they can easily fire you.
Finding other means to earn is adding security to your NOW and taking control of your FUTURE. If you have more than one income stream, you have a fallback should your main income source stops.

10 realizations that you have to embrace.
1. As you get older, you choose the people that you accept in your life. You do not want to waste your energy trying to connect with someone, and it will not prosper into a relationship that is worth keeping.
2. You can't stop people from saying things about you. It is not your responsibility to change their minds. You only have to keep on doing what you do best. For as long as you are not hurting anyone, then there is no need to explain yourself.
3. You don't need so many friends in your life. You only need a few but are genuine with you. You cut off people in your life who do not respect you.
4. You are a work in progress, so there is no need for you to be hard on yourself. You have to continue learning and embrace that you will never please everyone.
5. Kindness goes a long way. If you have nothing good to say, it is better to keep your opinions to yourself. Allow people to grow and learn from their past mistakes.
6. Those people who know you better will stay with you no matter what. These are people that you have to keep because they have the purest intentions for you.
7. Maturity is to prioritize your needs over anything. For as long it can serve its purpose, you don't feel the need to buy a new one.
8. Embrace the fact that we outgrew people. Some of them do not stay because they have other priorities. You don't stop them, you let them go.
9. You choose your battles because not everything is worth your time and energy. You would want to protect your peace of mind than engage in drama.
10. You choose your happiness more than anything. You don't let people define your success. You make the most of every day because life is fleeting.

A man established a zoo and made the entrance fee 300$ but no one went there. He reduced it to 200$ but still no one came.
He then reduced the fee to 10$ but still people didn't come.
Finally, he made it FREE entrance and soon, the zoo was filled with people. Then he quietly locked the gate of the zoo, set the lions free and made the exit fee 500$ and everyone paid!
Lesson:
As you go about in life, beware of cheap or free offers, they can be terrible.
