LOOK | Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company Conducts Clean-Up Drive and Declogging Activity

The 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company, led by 2LT MICHAEL M CAÑAZARES PA (Res) Company Commander, together with enlisted personnel, civilian volunteers, and Barangay Dalig personnel, conducted a Clean-Up Drive and Declogging Activity at Tricon St., Sitio Kaytinaga, Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City, on 30 August 2026.

The activity aimed to clear clogged waterways and drainage systems to help prevent flooding and reduce the risk of diseases associated with floodwater, while promoting cleanliness, sanitation, and community cooperation.

This initiative highlights the commitment of the 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion to serving the community and contributing to a safer, cleaner, and healthier environment.

The Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company, led by 2LT MICHAEL M CAÑAZARES PA (Res) Company Commander and part of the 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion Philippine Army, participated in the Wide Simultaneous Blood Donation Activity in connection with the 43rd Founding Anniversary of the Reserve Command Philippine Army (RESCOM), on 15 August 2026 at the Multi-Purpose Covered Court, San Antonio Village, Barangay Dalig, Antipolo City.

The activity was facilitated under the supervision of the 405th Community Defense Center, led by COL MELGEVAL B HILAO INF (GSC) PA, Director, with the participation of other Company, ROTC cadets, volunteers and members of the local community. The event highlighted the spirit of volunteerism, unity, and compassion.

This activity underscores the strong commitment of the 405th Community Defense Center, in partnership with Binangonan Lake View Hospital and Pasig City General Hospital, to advancing humanitarian and civic initiatives that benefit the community. It reflects a shared dedication to public service, solidarity, and saving lives through voluntary blood donation.

Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company Conducts 2nd Quarter Mustering of Troops

‎Teresa, Rizal – Personnel of the Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company (HHSC) led by 2LT MICHAEL M CAÑAZARES PA (RES) Company Commander, conducted the 2nd Quarter Mustering of Troops at the Ynares Multi-Purpose Covered Court, Teresa, Rizal on May 31, 2026.
‎The activity was conducted in the presence of COL MEGEVAL B HILAO INF (GSC) PA, Director of the 405th Community Defense Center.

‎The event was attended by the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Hon. Rodel N. Dela Cruz, Municipal Mayor of Teresa, Rizal together with Ms. Dawna Marly Yanong Head of the Teresa Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) During his message, Mayor Dela Cruz emphasized the vital role of reservists in the community highlighting their essential support during emergencies, natural disasters, and relief operations.

‎The 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion Philippine Army continues to steadfastly uphold its mandate with unwavering dedication, discipline, and patriotism. Through active community engagement, disaster response, humanitarian assistance and support to nation-building efforts.

Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company Participates in Brigada Eskwela 2026

IN PHOTOS | Personnel of the Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company of 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, 405CDC, 4RCDG, RESCOM, PA under the Supervision of 2LT MICHAEL M CAÑAZARES PA (RES), Commander, conducted a cleaning and tree-trimming activity at San Antonio Elementary School on May 30, 2026, in San Antonio Village, Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City.

This activity was carried out together with teachers, school staffs and civilian volunteers in preparation for the opening of classes in June. The initiative aimed to create a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for students. It also helps improve the quality of education while strengthening the partnership between schools and the community.

Moreover, this activity promotes the values of cooperation, unity and civic engagement, demonstrating that education is a collective effort that benefits everyone.
