Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company Conducts 2nd Quarter Mustering of Troops

‎Teresa, Rizal – Personnel of the Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company (HHSC) led by 2LT MICHAEL M CAÑAZARES PA (RES) Company Commander, conducted the 2nd Quarter Mustering of Troops at the Ynares Multi-Purpose Covered Court, Teresa, Rizal on May 31, 2026.
‎The activity was conducted in the presence of COL MEGEVAL B HILAO INF (GSC) PA, Director of the 405th Community Defense Center.

‎The event was attended by the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Hon. Rodel N. Dela Cruz, Municipal Mayor of Teresa, Rizal together with Ms. Dawna Marly Yanong Head of the Teresa Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) During his message, Mayor Dela Cruz emphasized the vital role of reservists in the community highlighting their essential support during emergencies, natural disasters, and relief operations.

‎The 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion Philippine Army continues to steadfastly uphold its mandate with unwavering dedication, discipline, and patriotism. Through active community engagement, disaster response, humanitarian assistance and support to nation-building efforts.
‎The battalion remains a reliable force in serving the people and safeguarding the welfare of the community, Guided by the spirit of volunteerism, commitment, service and honor.

Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company Participates in Brigada Eskwela 2026

IN PHOTOS | Personnel of the Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company of 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, 405CDC, 4RCDG, RESCOM, PA under the Supervision of 2LT MICHAEL M CAÑAZARES PA (RES), Commander, conducted a cleaning and tree-trimming activity at San Antonio Elementary School on May 30, 2026, in San Antonio Village, Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City.

This activity was carried out together with teachers, school staffs and civilian volunteers in preparation for the opening of classes in June. The initiative aimed to create a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for students. It also helps improve the quality of education while strengthening the partnership between schools and the community.

Moreover, this activity promotes the values of cooperation, unity and civic engagement, demonstrating that education is a collective effort that benefits everyone.

In celebration of the 129th Philippine Army Founding Anniversary.

The Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company, together with Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie Companies under the 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, 405CDC, led by COL MELGEVAL B HILOA INF (GSC) PA, along with various ROTC cadets and civilian volunteers, proudly participated in the RESCOM, PA-Wide Simultaneous Blood Donation Activity on March 7, 2026, held at San Antonio Village Covered Court, Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City.

Every drop of blood donated symbolizes compassion, unity, and selfless service. It reflects solidarity with fellow Filipinos and offers hope where it is needed most.

This is a true testament that a soldier’s mission is not only to defend the nation but also to help save lives.

‎On 25 January 2026 at 0900H, the Headquarters and Headquarters Service Company personnel, led by 2LT MICHAEL M CAÑAZARES PA (Res), Company Commander, through SSg Manuel M Lagrama Jr Inf PA (Ret), conducted training on Basic Map Reading and the proper use of a compass.
‎
‎The lecture emphasized the vital role of map reading in military operations and field navigation, including understanding map symbols, directions, scales, and accurate position identification — all of which are essential for effective situational awareness and operational success.
‎
‎This was followed by refresher training facilitated by SSg Leonardo N Araña Jr Inf PA (Res), the Company First Sergeant, He discussed Formations and Techniques, as well as Individual Movement Techniques in military operations. These formations and movement techniques are essential for maintaining unit control, security, and effectiveness while operating in different environments, These methods help soldiers respond properly to threats and reduce exposure to enemy fire.
