🎨 Celebrating the Birth Anniversary of Carlos “Botong” Francisco 🎨

Today, we honor Carlos “Botong” Francisco (1912–1969), National Artist for Painting and one of the most iconic muralists in Philippine history.

Botong’s masterpieces captured the soul of Filipino life, culture, and history through vibrant colors, dynamic movement, and powerful storytelling. From scenes of everyday rural life to grand historical epics, his art continues to inspire generations to appreciate our rich heritage and identity.

As we celebrate his birth anniversary, let us remember Botong Francisco’s enduring legacy, a visionary who painted the Filipino spirit on every wall and canvas he touched.

⚜️ SCOUTS ON SYMPATHY DUTY | November 1, 2025

Today, our Scouts fulfilled one of the most meaningful parts of our duty: showing respect and compassion for those who have gone before us. As part of our Sympathy Duty, we visited the cemetery to offer prayers, light candles, and help clean and beautify the surroundings.

This simple act reminds us that a true Scout’s duty goes beyond ourselves, it extends to our community, our history, and the people whose lives paved the way for ours.

Through this activity, we learned the values of service, respect, and remembrance. We honor not only the departed, but also the love and legacy they have left behind.

A Scout is reverent, and today, we lived that value with sincerity and heart. 🕯️
