On this day, the club will undertake Public Image Projects that include the restoration, repainting, cleaning, reconstruction, and maintenance of four Rotary markers annually.
These markers are located at the Baytown Road intersection, Manila East Road in Barangay San Isidro, Keep Moving Avenue in Barangay Kalayaan, and Mahabang Parang at the Mahabang Parang intersection on M.L. Extension in Angono, Rizal.
1st Rotary Marker
After many years of existence, the Rotary Club of Angono created a project designed to inspire Rotarians to continue serving the community and others.
On its 25th year of service, the club launched its first-ever "Master Brand Signature with Mark of Excellence" (formerly the Rotary Wheel) that incorporates the Rotary Four-Way Test, to showcase members' lasting commitment to the club.
The Rotary Marker was created by a renowned artist from Angono during the Rotary Year 2018–2019, under the theme "Be the Inspiration."
The design concept reflects the Stone Age, adding an artistic and creative touch intended to leave a lasting impression on passersby. It was installed at the corner of Manuel Luis Quezon Street (National Road) and Baytown Avenue, the busiest intersection in town. The sculpture measures approximately six feet in height, five feet in length, and one and a half feet in width. The club adhered to the latest Rotary Wheel specifications and followed the new branding guidelines of Rotary International, now known as the “Masterbrand Signature with the Mark of Excellence.”
This is one of the club's most remarkable milestones and signature projects, recognized and awarded the "Best Rotary Marker" by District 3800 at the Awards and Recognition Night in 2019.
2nd Rotary Marker
The Rotary Club of Angono is proud to unveil another Rotary Marker commemorating its 26 years of service.
In 2020, the club launched a high-impact Public Image Project that made a significant impression in District 3800. This initiative involved installing a Masterbrand Signature, replacing the former Rotary Wheel, which featured the club’s name and the Rotary Year 2019-2020 theme, Rotary Connects the World.
It was placed in the riprap area along Manila East Road, in front of SM Angono.
The structure measures approximately six feet high, five feet wide, twelve feet long, and two and a half feet thick, with a diameter of two and a half feet for the Mark of Excellence. The background is white, featuring the Rotary Club's azure blue, yellow gold, and white on the wheel (both inside and outside), along with the Rotary theme colors. Three solar lights have been installed to illuminate the display at night, attracting attention even after dark.
The club worked diligently to complete the project despite the pandemic and global lockdown. It is an ideal location because it is situated in front of SM Angono, where many people walk, jog, bike, and drive along Manila East Road.
Again, the club received an award for the Top Rotary Marker the District 3800 during the Recognition and Awards Night 2020.
3rd Rotary Marker
Rotary Club of Angono launched the third Rotary Marker along Keep Moving Avenue in Angono, Rizal.
The marker is designed with the Masterbrand Signature, Simplified Version (Rotary Wheel), featuring the club’s name and the Rotary Year 2022-2023 theme, Imagine Rotary.
The mark of excellence measures approximately one (1) foot in diameter, with a total length of four (4) feet, including the Rotary Club logo. The base is about three (3) feet long. The materials and construction consist of cement, sand, and stone.
Below the Rotary marker, the club installed the People of Action signage measures forty inches in length and thirty-four inches in height, showcasing the members dedicated to the club.
Additionally, the club installed signs displaying the Four-Way Test, the End Polio Now campaign, and a welcome sign for Keep Moving Avenue, each standing four feet tall.
This installation attracts many passengers and passersby.
It is another high-impact public image project by the club, strategically placed in a densely populated area and along one of the major roads used by vehicles in Kalayaan.
4th Rotary Marker
When it comes to public image awareness, the Rotary Club of Angono consistently leads the way. The club recently unveiled its fourth Rotary Marker along M. L. Extension, near the Extension Mahabang Parang Outpost in Barangay Mahabang Parang, Angono, Rizal.
The club continues to adhere to proper branding guidelines by using the Masterbrand Signature, which combines the wheel symbol with the word “Rotary” (Rotary’s wordmark) positioned to the left for enhanced visibility and recognition, alongside the club’s official logo.
The Masterbrand Signature, featuring the club logo, measures approximately eight and a half feet (8.5 ft) in height and fourteen feet (14 ft) in length.
The club's name is about 2.5 inches thick, and the mark of excellence has a diameter of approximately 44 inches.
Adding plants around the Rotary marker will undoubtedly make the area look more vibrant and welcoming. It is an excellent way to enhance the space for everyone who passes by.
This also serves to showcase the club's service projects throughout the entire Rotary Year 2024–2025, under the theme The Magic of Rotary.
Once again, out of 107 clubs, this club received the Best Rotary Marker award during the District 3800 Awards Night in 2025.
Additionally, the Rotary Club of Angono participated in the Zone 10A Regional Public Image Awards Night in 2025, where it was a finalist and won second place for Best Print Media.
