We are back for our Thursday link-up, and the energy is only getting better! Whether you’re looking to shake off the workday stress or just want to catch up with the best crew in town, your spot in the pack is waiting. ⚡️

This marks our third week of throwing in strides at the end of our run! By now, your neuromuscular system is starting to adapt, your legs are finding that crisp turnover, and that “float” phase is starting to feel a little more natural. Let’s keep fine-tuning that form together!

📅 EVENT DETAILS
Location: The Amphitheatre, The Infinity, Angeles City
Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM

🏃‍♀️ THE WORKOUT
Main Set: 30-minute EASY RUN + 20-second strides x 4 reps

Can’t do the strides? No worries at all! You can absolutely opt for a straight 30-minute easy run instead. Listen to your body and move at the pace that makes you happy!

🌍 A QUICK NOTE ON HYDRATION
Free hydration is provided to keep everyone fueled up and moving strong! However, to protect Mother Earth, we are strictly a no plastic cups community. Don’t forget your reusable hydration gear so we can keep our footprint green! ♻️💚

While June gives us a beautiful spotlight to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, our commitment to gender inclusivity doesn’t end when the month does. Creating a safe space of unconditional belonging is our permanent route. Every single Thursday, every weekend long run, and every step in between is an open invitation for all genders to feel empowered, protected, and celebrated. We run forward together, always. ♾️🌈
