DAY 1: PAG-ARANGKADA!

Matinding simula para sa unang araw ng Mind Break: Revive the Mind, Reignite the Spirit! 🔥

Chess, badminton and eSports pa lang, you can already feel the focus, discipline and competitive drive of the players—exactly the kind of energy USADD aims to encourage for a healthier and more mindful youth. ♟️🏸

Chess players showed sharp thinking and calm decision-making, while badminton players delivered pure hustle, fun and great sportsmanship. And of course, eSports players delivered hype, strategy and team coordination that kept the whole vibe alive.

This is the kind of “break” that actually strengthens the mind and lifts the spirit, not just rest, but purposeful rest.

It’s only Day 1... and it’s already this good. 💛
