Tuloy Pampanga is a satellite office of Tuloy Foundation Inc. it is an exclusive foundation, exclusively for the poor, abused, orphaned and abandoned children who can still follow a curriculum that will prepare them for the future

Tuloy welcomes those most susceptible to resorting to criminal ways – the poor, abandoned and neglected street children ages 9 to 16 years old - the most in need of acc

eptance and love. They live in the Tuloy Foundation Center in Angeles City, Pampanga where they are guided by a community of religious and lay volunteers, psychologists and social workers. At Tuloy Foundation, Inc., we are committed to raise street children that can be transformed into responsible contributing members of society. But their rehabilitation is a journey that requires more than temporarily reducing suffering through providing their immediate needs like food, clothing, shelter and healthcare. In Tuloy the children are systematically equipped to dream and make those dreams a reality through positive values and a spiritual formation they did not get from living in the streets.
