Sinukwan Kapampangan Sinukwan Kapampangan is a forward-looking performing arts institution and a center of heritage preservation in Pampanga. Peter A.

Inspired by the radiant parol, we transform youth thru cultural leadership, sharing our province's stories and faith with the world. Established on October 31, 1992, the Sinukwan Kapampangan Performing Arts is a fitting tribute to the glorious and colorful Kapampangan culture. Born from the researches on the indigenous cultural practices of the Kapampangan region, and materialized by the creativity and artistry of Mr. de Vera, the group aims to rediscover the Kapampangan culture by promoting and preserving it through well-loved performances within the country and abroad. Faced by the challenges brought about by the gradual extinction of the Kapampangan identity, Sinukwan Kapampangan continuously hones the skills of young artists and endows them with pride that will enable them to partake in the weaving of the modern tapestry of culture and arts in the country. Sinukwan Kapampangan takes pride being the Philippine representative to the International Youth Fellowship World Camp in South Korea and in the 4th Trails of Civilization and Performance in Cambodia. The group has likewise been a regular attendee to the World Dance Alliance Conferences and Arts Festival held in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, Singapore, USA and others. At present, Sinukwan Kapampangan established the Bale-Balayan, a Center for Transformation through the Arts, which resonates the passion of the group to cultivate the talents of poor but deserving young artists. By strengthening the linkages established among schools, government agencies and non-government organizations, Sinukwan Kapampangan envisions not only the revival of the Kapampangan culture but more so, its lasting impression to the global symphony of the world cultural repertoire.
