Luisa is a Holy Angel University Architecture graduate who has honed her craft through diverse experiences in the industry. She has worked with firms such as BC Architects and VNIx5G Corporation, where she gained hands-on expertise in redesigning residential spaces, drafting practical solutions, and revising working drawings for building permits.

Skilled in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, interior design, and digital art, Luisa combines technical precision with creative vision. She has also been entrusted with supervising OJT students and collaborating with professionals on renovation projects—showcasing her leadership and teamwork at an early stage in her career.

At Radix Arkitektura Co., Luisa continues to grow as a Design Specialist, bringing fresh perspectives, adaptability, and dedication to every project. Her journey reflects our core belief: great spaces begin with great minds.

Ar. Jovie De Leon Cunanan Jr. is a licensed architect committed to creating spaces that are both visually compelling and deeply functional. His approach to design is rooted in the realities of how Filipinos live, move, and build—ensuring architecture that endures and serves with purpose.

A graduate of Holy Angel University and a licensed professional since 2023, he has worked across multiple phases of design and construction—as project architect, visualizer, and on-site lead. These experiences shaped his ability to merge creativity with practical ex*****on, from concept development and 3D visualization to permits, documentation, and construction coordination.

At Radix Arkitektura, Ar. Cunanan leads with collaboration, clarity, and foresight. He believes good design should last—not just impress—and works closely with clients to deliver architecture that tells their story and stands the test of time.
