We’re excited to share that Young Heroes – Angeles City, in partnership with Phlourish Mental Health Initiative Inc., is launching the Phlourish Mental Health Guided Self-Help Program — and we’re now looking for 50 users for the Guided Self-Help Toolkit!

This 8-week program aims to strengthen resilience and promote mental well-being among adolescents through self-help toolkits and weekly check-ins with trained mentors. It’s a flexible, supportive, and meaningful way to take care of your mental health — at your own pace. 🌿

Araw ng Kalayaan 2025 🇵🇭

Sa Araw ng Kalayaan, muling sumik ang diwa ng bayanihan at kabayanihan sa bawat kabataang Pilipino. Ang Young Heroes Initiative ay patuloy na nagsisilbing ilaw at gabay sa mga kabataang nagnanais maglingkod at magtaguyod ng makulay at masaganang bayan.

Sa araw na ito, ipagdiwang natin ang kalayaan at ang patuloy na laban para sa isang mas makatarungan at mas masaganang Pilipinas. 🇵🇭
