In line with the CHED ACHIEVE Agenda, particularly in Vitalized Policies, Internal Systems, and Governance, and Effective and Efficient Public Service, the CHED Regional Office III conducted the 1st Quarter 2026 meeting of NSTP Coordinators in Region 3 (Central Luzon) on March 25, 2026. Under the theme "Service Beyond Gender: Empowering Leaders and Strengthening NSTP Implementation through Inclusive Civic Engagement," the session focused on CMO No. 27, Series of 2015 (Guidelines and Procedures on the Issuance of National Service Training Program Serial Numbers) and CMO No. 1, Series of 2015 (Establishing the Policies and Guidelines on Gender and Development in the Commission on Higher Education and Higher Education Institutions), and discussion on the concerns of HEIs regarding the NSTP.
