Precision, discipline, and courage under pressure.

On February 15, 2026, JLEA officers proudly competed in the 4th Inter-Crim Schools Tactical Shooting Tournament โ€“ Tri-Gun Challenge, held at the PNP - SAF Shooting Range of the 2SAB-25SAC. The event, which tested accuracy, speed, decision-making, and composure in a demanding competitive environment alongside fellow criminology students.

We were honored to be guided and supported by our dedicated faculty members, Assistant Dean Dr. Alfie P. Sarmiento and Professor Alexander W. Guittob, whose mentorship, teachings, and encouragement helped us face and complete every challenge throughout the competition.

This experience strengthened not only our shooting skills but also our discipline, confidence, and teamwork.

Competitions like this remind us that true readiness is built through training, guidance, and the courage to step forward when tested.

Train hard. Move as one. Finish stronger!

Field Training Exercise (FTX) FEBRUARY 7 2026 โ€” JLEA officers assisted the 4th Year Criminology interns during their field training, taking on the role of suppressing force against their advance to simulate real operational conditions. After the exercise, the team proceeded to Camp Phoenix to rest and set up camp, spending the evening in the cool mountain air, enjoying music, stories, and sโ€™mores. The next morning started with a hearty boodle fight breakfast, followed by a visit to ONEHIT Shooting Range for a laid-back airsoft range day to cap off the experience.
Training, teamwork, and camaraderie โ€” all in one mission.
