The timely conduct of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) 2026 is essential in upholding democratic principles, ensuring accountability, and strengthening representation at the grassroots level. Any postponement undermines the voice and participation of the youth in governance.

The government must prioritize addressing the pressing and long-standing issues facing our nation problems that remain unresolved and require immediate, concrete, and effective action. In particular, decisive attention must be given to the Flood Control Scandal, with full transparency and accountability.

Let us uphold the rule of law, protect democratic processes, and ensure that the youth are given their rightful opportunity to elect their leaders without delay.

I am truly honored and humbled to serve as your Newly Elected Vice Governor of the College of Arts and Sciences. This victory is not mine alone—it belongs to everyone who believed in our vision and stood with us every step of the way.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Candabong, Anda, Bohol officially announces the issuance of SK Order No. 01, Series of 2026, creating the Sangguniang Kabataan Inventory Team (SKIT).

The Inventory Team is responsible for conducting a complete assessment and documentation of all SK assets, equipment, records, financial documents, and other official government properties under the care of the Sangguniang Kabataan. This initiative aims to ensure that all resources are properly recorded, protected, and managed in accordance with existing government standards.

Through this initiative, the SK reinforces its commitment to transparency, accountability, and efficient public service while promoting a smooth and organized transition of responsibilities. It also supports compliance with the policies and guidelines of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Candabong remains dedicated to serving the youth with integrity, responsibility, and excellence, while fostering trust and good governance within the community.

In accordance with Republic Act No. 7683, July 22 is officially observed as Bohol Day, a special non-working public holiday throughout the Province of Bohol and the City of Tagbilaran. This meaningful occasion reminds us to honor the legacy of those who came before us, appreciate our unique heritage, and recognize the values that continue to shape our identity as Boholanos.

As we celebrate this special day, may we remain united in preserving our traditions, protecting our natural treasures, and working together toward a more progressive and prosperous Bohol for future generations.

The Commission on Elections has released the official schedule for voter registration, filing of candidacy, campaign period, and election day for the upcoming Barangay Election 2026 and SK Elections 2026.

🗳️ Voter Registration Deadline: May 18, 2026
📝 Filing of COC: September 28 to October 5, 2026
📣 Campaign Period: October 22 to October 31, 2026
✅ Election Day: November 2, 2026
